Like others have said… They do not reply quickly and only to text/email after trying to follow up (no confirmation/feedback given back). They send a form to fill out with personal info just so you can view the property. They receive and then don’t respond and/or act very unprofessional. I was told to “move on” after saying I don’t want to disclose personal info (income) just to book a viewing.Key takeaway: Unresponsive and unprofessional.

Frank and his team make our lives a lot easier . Frank helped us effectively deal with a challenging tenant. We now have quality tenants in place thanks to CFK Managment. We were considering selling our investment property before hiring Frank.

CFK Managment has been managing our 6-unit rental property in Windsor for over one and half years now. We are very happy with Frank and Felicia. They are very responsive and professional. We will definitely use them again for any our future investment properties and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a decent property management company in Windsor.

I rent a small studio in a building managed by Frank Kantarjian of CFK Management and have had excellent experiences with this company. They respond very quickly whenever there has been a problem, and they solve it. I asked to move into a larger unit and they were amenable to making that happen and worked with me a bit on the rent. And they are generally polite and professional. So, I highly recommend them as great building managers.

Seems like a data farm. Submitted an application with personal info but never heard back. Atleast reply to say if i am approved or not? If you want to have your identity stolen by all means send them data before viewing. No privacy policy to be found anywhere.

I'm getting my properties managed headache-free thanks to Frank and his team. He's made it possible for me to invest in more properties knowing that each one is being managed effectively. He provides me with monthly reports to keep me informed and handles all repair-related issues that may come up. Since he took over, I have never been without a tenant for all 7 units he's managing. Frank's the man! Having him as my property manager was the best investment decision I've ever made.

I live in the GTA and without CFK, I would not be able to own my investment properties in Windsor. I've worked with Frank and Connie for 3 years now and during this time, we've been through an awful lot, more than the average real estate investor should go through. Through it all, Frank and Connie have quickly dispatched repair crews, met with insurance agents, dealt with significant flooding issues, went to court for tenant issues, and doing so by making me feel that my issues were #1 with them. They are a great part of my investment plan and without them, I wouldn't be where I am.

They will work with you if you have keas than perfect credit, but maintenance can be pretty slow

I wish i could give negative stars.They have a process to arrange the viewing AFTER the application is approved (so they take all your data).. that’s understandable, its a process.Later when the viewing time comes, they have this unexpected policy - only the primary applicant is allowed to view the house. Not even the brother (same family..). Why dont you tell this at the time of application, or before!!CFk!! You should declare all the rules and regulations BEFORE taking people’s data and most improved the time! You wasted my time.P.S : they will only rent out properties to people who are in town or can fly from other cities miles away!Unprofessional and ignorant.
