Wag-a-tail Dog Walking & Cat Sitting

No doubt that Doreen has years of experience doing this, but her approach didn't work for us.Our dog is calm and sweet but takes some time to get friendly with strangers. But Doreen didn't make much effort to connect with the dog. After a quick walk, she was focused on telling us where to buy better" dog food

Business took us away the week before X-Mas and of course we had the only snow storm so far AND one of our kitties was newly diagnosed with diabetes. Not Stressful or anything!! But we found Doreen that came very highly recommended by a few people and our Vet !! Doreen took over the entire care of both our kitties, came through for all meals and administered meds and injections and several trips to the Vet as arranged. Doreen kept us posted every step of the way as we were very concerned about kitty. Our kitties and home could not have been in better hands. Especially knowing Doreen has a lot of experience with injections and meds. Doreen , you are truly a life saver and I know when you are here , the cats are in the best of hands . I highly recommend Doreen and am less stressed about my upcoming business travels knowing kitties will be looked after so impeccably.

Doreen is simply the best pet sitter you will ever find!!! She's an absolute sweetheart who took amazing care of my cat Zuko for a week, and even added an extra day on short notice! Doreen went the extra mile and kindly bought new cat bowls and a food mat for my cat which I'm so so thankful for. Doreen you're the best! You can just tell Doreen loves her job and really cares about the pets she takes care of. Can't recommend Wag a Tail enough to any pet owners that are anxious about leaving their pets behind for a while, she eased all my worries and will definitely be my go-to cat sitter in the future.

After my wife's passing earlier this year, I’ve been on my own with our rescue dog Minnie. She has anxiety and takes a long time to warm up to people especially men. I decided to look for someone to look after Minnie when I go away overnight occasionally and to walk her during the day when I’m working.I found Wag -A-Tail while searching for a dog walker and saw all the positive reviews so I thought I would reach out to Doreen.  I’m so glad I did.I’ve been using Doreen’s services now for about five months and she has been fantastic.Doreen is very reliable, patient, trustworthy and organized, and it hasn't taken long for Minnie to get used to her.On overnight stays, she communicates with me once a day to let me how everything is going and leaves the house the same way it was before I left.  I can go away and know that Minnie will be well looked after.Doreen has been a real lifeline for me.  I highly recommend her.

Doreen has been walking our dog, Feta, since July of 2022. She takes great care of him and is always mindful of what he needs. If it’s too hot or too cold outside she will give him a bathroom break and play with him inside. And she always ensures he gets his afternoon treat and refreshes his water bowl at the end of the walk. She truly has a love for animals and clearly enjoys what she does!Despite having a busy schedule with all of her clients, Doreen is always responsive and willing to work with us when scheduling conflicts arise. Doreen is an amazing dog walker. My lab has changed quite a bit in terms of mannerisms. When walking him now , there is very little pulling on his part. Easier on me . He more tends to stay on my side now when going for a walk . She kept both of my dogs fed and exercised while we were on vacation and always kept I touch to let us know when and what was going on . Over the years she's taken care of my two cats, watered plants, brought in garbage, whatever you need!!
