I have just completed my open water and feel compelled to share my great experience. From classroom to pool to Twin lakes all the staff made it so enjoyable and comfortable. I certainly needed assistance and they by far stepped up. Great selection of gear, super knowledgeable and friendly staff! Have done a couple courses there and it’s always a pleasant experience. They are also a great resource for tips with diving local and abroad!

Offered SDI training, and the world is mostly PADI. After completing a course to be completed on vacation the PADI instructor refused to give me my Divers Card because the training was not PADI. I called to get it rectified and they just said “lot’s of people go there and get it done” “it’s been too long now and I have to take the course again” so I guess it was just my luck. I would suggest only going with PADI courses and not making the same $400+ mistake that I made. Or just never get certified it’s a gimmick like a drivers licence they are only good if you get pulled over.

Attended a open water refresher course with them and found the dive masters giving the course were highly trained and professional The review of course material was precisely what I needed to get ready for my next dive after three years off

The staff is super friendly and helps you out with questions that are about Scuba Diving, they also make the course’s enjoyable and the dive instructors and the dive masters help you out when you are struggling.5/5 stars!!!

I'm very impressed and happy with the service I received today. I came in looking for my first personal pair of scuba fins. The staff were incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and personable! As a newer diver, it's easy to feel out of place/overwhelmed. However, the staff were so welcoming that I felt at home. A few other staff walked over and ended up providing their own opinions and suggestions - meaning I had the expertise and help of 3 very experienced divers. They answered all of my questions with honesty, and didn't just try to sell me the most expensive things. They spent a great deal of time with me to ensure that I was comfortable with my decision.

Even though I quit after the first pool session (diving is just not my jam) I wanted to leave a review because the experience was fantastic! I booked over the phone from Calgary, amd received an immediate email with details and instructions.The instructor Ross was very easy going, funny, and clearly knowledgeable. Made things clear, explained well, and had oodles of patience.Staff at every level were friendly and lovely to deal with.Great choice for diving lessons and the shop had a wide variety of merch and accessories too!
