Divine Mercy Catholic School

This rating is mainly not for the school, but for the old church it is located in. This building is so underestimated, that it's hard to imagine.Unfortunately, I did not here any divine worships here. But I think that the church works sometimes. Also there are buildings where priests used to live, or live and they are located not far, near Douglas Avenue.

Our son transferred to DMCS from the public school system part-way through the school year last year. In grade 4, he was struggling with learning, & the personalized learning plan developed by the school system was failing him.With hard work & determination to get up-to-speed on the mathematics level at DMCS, he is now flourishing & doing very well this year in grade 5!The Catholic-focused Christian environment & positivity within the walls of DMCS have made a huge difference in our son, & his outlook on school & the possibilities for his future; both spiritually & academically.He has made great friends, & the education he is receiving is second-to-none, & vastly superior to what he would have had in the public school system (in our opinion).If you want & need to make a change in your child's schooling & outlook on themselves, their capabilities, education, & overall outlook on life, DMCS is for you! It's the little school with a big heart indeed!
