GYM 117

Gym 117 is the best gym I’ve been to in a LONG time. The owners work hard to make the gym feel like a community / family. My friend and I were visiting from the United States and we were welcomed with open arms. We took yoga and boxing classes, and the instructors were able to teach in both French AND English for our sake. Don’t sleep on Gym 117!!!

This is the best gym I've been to in a long time!!! Amazing equipment, a full selection of machines, plates and bars!!! The owners are awesome peoe aswell!! I highly recommend working out here when you near the mountain!!!

Awesome gym. Has everything you need! Beautiful facility for boxing and super clean. Staff are great, super friendly. Would definitely recommend this gym!

Best gym in Tremblant hands down. Owners are awesome, and this gym has everything you need to train at the lowest and highest levels. Couldn’t imagine going anywhere else.

The gym is incredible. Equipment is super nice. It's also very spacious and the staff qelcone you with open arms. Highly recommend everyone checks it out at least once even if you're not from the mont tremblant are.

I was on holiday so got a 2 week pass at the gym. Loved it. Very clean, had all the equipment I needed for my strength training program. I plan to come on our next trip to Mont Tremblant. Hopefully soon.

Ive been to lots of gyms all over the place, and this is the best gym by far! From the machines to the over all S, this place radiates amazing vibes and I always look forward to going to workout at 117.

Gym 117 has quickly become like family, I love being able to go whenever I want for my own work out with all the equipment the facility has to offer and I couldn’t be happier to finally have access to great quality martial arts instruction that keeps me pushing and improving!!

GYM 117 is my new home in Tremblant! Matt and Angelique are both fantastic and welcomed myself and my partner into their beautiful facility. I am very impressed by all the work they are doing. They have all the equipment that you’ll ever need. Beautiful power racks, barbells and plenty of free weights. I attended their jiu jitsu classes which was an absolute pleasure. Val is the black belt who coaches there out of Mizu studio and it was an honour to learn from him. They also have boxing and MMA classes. I was especially happy to see that they are involved in the community and do group classes for kids. I will be back 100% and recommend GYM 117 to every one!

Great gym. My go to during ski season. Had exactly what I was looking for in Tremblant.
