I was able to exchange a pair of shoes I got as a gift and Katie made the process super easy and made sure the shoes fit perfectly. She was very nice and informative, as a badminton coach herself, and I never felt rushed. The store's stock was also very abundant and I will definitely be back for all my badminton needs.

Amazing Store. Customer service is great!!Bought a limited edition badminton racket, Guided me on which racket, string, string tension to get, not only explained which one is good but focuses on what I need base on the my game. He even asked me if my arm, back, shoulder etc hurts to recommend the best product for me. Went back not only to buy a limited edition bag, took a friend to buy a racket from them too! Definitely going back for my badminton needs! :)

The guy who works the front desk is the rudest person I have ever dealt with in any retail store of my entire life…. He interrogates you for anything and everything, and uses the most condescending tone when talking to people. I will never ever shop there again nor recommend them to anyone even if they were the last tennis store in the city. It’s a shame I can’t leave half a star…

The workers here are extremely nice and you can tell they care and love the sport.They have really good service, are reliable and considerate. They are actually knowledgeable about their products and can give you advices to help you pick what you want get depending on your needs (e.g. the type of floors you play if you are looking more for speed, comfort, etc.) They don't push sells which is really nice of them. But EVEN BETTER they price match with Yumo. We there for quite some time and they were really patient. We also felt they had more shoe options here despite the store being on the smaller side.We were able to walked in since it was not busy and we were only shopping for racket shoes but the door sign does tell you need to book an appointment. So I do recommend you call beforehand.

Recommended this place to a couple friends already. Best service, reliable, considerate, and actually spends quality time with their customers helping them pick the best racket for their needs. DOES NOT TRY TO HARD SELL YOU BY THE PRICE! Enthusiastic workers that actually love the sport. Remember to call and book a timeframe for visit and wear a mask. They will answer all your questions about the sport.

I got stringing service for 27lbs(28/26, BG66um) on Tuesday and now it’s only approximately ~22lbs on Saturday. The string feels like as soft as fishnet. This is one of the fastest tension drops I’ve experienced after playing badminton for 8 years. Moreover, the knots were tied like snakes on my string(see pictures below). There are also some strings crossing each other weirdly. Overall, I don’t think they can provide high-quality stringing service.

Great personalized shopping experience for every level of badminton and tennis players. The salespeople really take the time to give you the proper advice and information on all of the items they carry and they have a HUGE selection! Phone in and make an appointment before is preferred and a better experience.
