I worked there 25 years alot of changes over the years people come and go.doesnot have the warmth it once had.the charm is all gone.staff are not treated the best anymore.coerced a lot and most are unhappy and burned out.itssuch a shame new director is all self absorbed and workers are not happy at alli feel sorry for the ones there now facing all the pressures in a home that's so self absorbed into profits before people god bless those who are trying to earn a living

Very caring staff.. worry free long term care facility. You can be sure your loved one is receiving proper care.Thanks to the management and staff for looking after my mom. My association came to an end today as she passed peacefully today.

The retirement home is fairly clean and well maintained. Some of the staff are polite but others should not be working in this environment. They clearly do not enjoy their work. The administrator, Tiffany, is completely two faced. She is nice to your face but a complete phony. A relative of ours passed away and all she wanted to know was when our final payment would be made and when the contents of the room would be removed. It's all about the money with Tiffany. Doesn't care about the residents or family members whatsoever. A cold ice cube is more warm and caring than Tiffany.

I agree with Allison A. Do not be fooled by outward physical appearances. Some staff should not be working there. This facility has it's ongoing issues". Those of you who have graded a "5 star" may not have the inside scoop or visit often. My family member has been there for years now I could cite +++ examples of unprofessionalism & petty politics. Little oversight."

Garbage Facility. Upper management running unchecked. Staff are incredibly rude and condescending. Your loved one is better offer anywhere else..

Typical Nursing Home. Friendly staff. The clients and families are friendly as well. Just wish they would change the clients at least 2 per shift. I am sure for the ones who are confined to a wheelchair and have some knowledge of their surroundings feel Embarrassed to desicate infront of their children. I know I can see it in my Father's eyes when it happens to him.All the staff have to do is stay off the cell phones circulate more.

This is the most beautiful retirement home I’ve ever seen. It’s absolutely palatial with beautiful art everywhere, quiet spaces to sit and visit or read, rooms for social events and even a computer room. The apartments are compact but lovely, and the services fantastic. They have a staffed weight room, aquatic classes, on-site church services, to mention a few. As a bonus, there’s a beautiful park right across the street.
