One of the popular places my coworkers and I get our lunches. Great staff and decent food that taste fresh! I really enjoy their iced matcha latte, you can ask for lower sugar level so the matcha flavour comes through.

I have always enjoyed dropping in to this cozy café/coffee bar for a mocha and their breakfast wrap or their Korean beef wrap and home-made soup for lunch. Run by two sisters (I think), very nice people. Food is always fresh, and their sandwiches and luncheon specials always tasty. Been going there for 5 years now, and never a disappointment!Quiet between the breakfast or lunch periods, popular with regulars of the industrial park, limited seating but most seem to order take-away. Open for breakfast and lunch only, and not open weekends. Nice place to meet friends for coffee and a treat!

Great coffee wonderful people. I found the mocha to be on the sweet side but other than that the experience was very enjoyable. Atmosphere was calm and relaxing while being 40% full.

Delicious beef and veggie soup (very affordable!), very friendly service. The place was clean and spacious. Nice selection of treats, snacks, and meals. Delightful, definitely coming back!

One up cafe is a hidden gem in south surrey. Its rare to find a local place as this one and the staff are so welcoming and really show their heart in serving their customers. I felt very comfortable and snug while I was there. I didn't know i loved rasberry mochas until I tried it here! Their cranberry chicken sandwhich is top-notch and very filling. Perfect for dates, meetings, and studying.

Got the breakfast sandwich. 9$ for some of the cheapest deli ham you can get, Luke warm scrambled eggs from the microwave and a slice of cheese. Toasted on brown bread. Literally $1.50 worth of Ingredients for 9$.Won’t be back, and don’t recommend.If the eggs were freshly fried and the cheap ham was replaced with bacon. Then maybe worth the price.

There's been a lot of cafes I've been to and many with its pros and cons, but this cafe stands out to me the most.With friendly staff that provide friendly, accurate and fast service, as well as the comfy ambience given by the modern interior design, my time here was nothing but fantastic. Also, the location isn't in a busy area allowing customers to be undisturbed from cars and trucks buzzing by. A great place to study, to work, or to catch up with friends.Food is also delicious. Evidently fresh, there's daily specials that isn't on the menu, and definitely worth trying. Drinks are also excellently prepped.For COVID19 measures, staff are wearing masks, plates aren't used to prevent reusage, and there are social distancing and customer limits.I honestly cannot think of anything negative about this place. It's my second visit and I live 35 minute drive from here. I come here because it's that amazing.

Tried this spot for lunch today and was pleasantly surprised! I had an $11 lunch special, which included a chipotle chicken sandwich and my choice of soup - both were delicious. I was also surprised by how big the restaurant was inside; it does not look it from outside. I would definitely eat here again!

Went for the first time today. Cafe is very clean and welcoming. We loved the breakfast wrap and the mocha frappe was delicious. Thank you we will be returning!
