Someone hit my car from behind and it was my first time going through insurance to deal with the damages I wasnt 'able to get ahold of the person in charge of my case for 2 weeks and was desperate as I had deductibles that needed to be waived I tried contacting almost anyone I could and then decided to contact Michelle.
