Every time I go in this store, even to just ask a question, even when it’s busy, I am always impressed with the great service. My husband and I both took our bikes in for tune-ups this week and are very happy with the work that was done and how quickly. Can’t recommend them enough!

Have had great experience having our ebikes serviced at Reckless (Gazelle Medeo and Tern GSD). In particular, I've found Recless to be cut above other Tern service providers in Vancouver, as I don't have to take my bike for repair after shoddy tune-ups (happened more than once). You get what you pay for - and you pay for quality work with Sergio at Reckless.

Great store, great guys. Helped me find the right bike for me even though it was cheaper than what I was originally looking at. And free tune ups as part of the warranty.

Have you ever experienced places where you feel welcomed and everything has a positive vibe? This store is absolutely one of them.As you enter, staff help you very fast and friendly.And if you need to know anything about a bike, ask Paul. He is a very kind and passionate person and helps you find the bike you look for, just in few minutes.Prices are so reasonable and believe me, you get a good deal here.Service is so fast. These days, there might be line up due to heavy loads of costumers. But, it totally worths waiting.

Great experience with the service team! Had my disc rotor trued. Reasonable pricing and mechanic is very knowledgeable and conscientious.

Took my 80s road bike in with drivetrain issues. Sergio and team did a great job finding a fix for parts that were worn and hard to replace. Honest, to the point, and an amazing turnaround. I had my bike back withing a few hours.

Just took my Montague Paratrooper home!!! Andreas, Sergio & Paul are truely experts! Thank you all! Other staff are all friendly and very helpful too. Andreas gave me all details of the bike and helped me choosed the accessories; Sergio even helped me to arrange my cargo to set the bike in. Great service and great help!

Paul and Bosco took good care of us at Reckless Bikes. We planned a two bridge, self led brewery tour and Reckless provided the bikes. Service was good, and the bikes were in excellent shape. No problem with a 30km ride, we all had 3 power bars (of 5) left. If you are looking for a fun way to get around the city, the Dutch Gazelle bikes are great. No big NShore hucks with these things, but that’s not the point. Sit back, let the bike do the work, and enjoy the beautiful city that we live in.
