I using tax filing through Make my books from last couple of years and very satisfied with the over all process of gathering the informations and filling it.Will recommend if you are looking for tax filing.

My taxes were filed but after that there was no response. The person stopped answering my calls and replying to messages.

Terrible experience do not use. After multiple conversations including a paid consultation this guy Pravesh assured me he was handling my books, then just didn't deliver. I reached out several days after he said he would be done the books and said he had a personal issue and would be back to work in a few weeks. Which of course is fine and understandable... but he should have been the one to notify me.... still I said no problem, however now well after the date he assured me several times he would be back for (july 5) and multiple messages and emails there is no reply. Now several month behind in my books and feel like just wasted hours and hours of my time and behind in my books.Every one has personal issues and emergencies time to time, that is fine and understandable, but this is no way to handle. If he couldn't do the work he should have told me. Anyways... good riddance. Glad to find out about this now and not at tax filing time. To bad for you guys, I would have been a long and loyal client but honestly pretty unhappy with this experience.
