They took me right away. Thank God as I would have had to wait till January next year to see the specialist in Moncton. If I would have wait that long I would have lost at least 4 teeth. They were great and I would recommend this facility. Two thumbs up. I cannot thank them enough....

I was referred to Dr Fagan for a gum graft last year. I have to say I was unhappy with the service I received.I did a fair amount of research on gum grafts before the surgery, and had an idea in my head of how it would look when it was finished, and I was severely disappointed with my result. The gum in the location of the gum graft is still significantly lower than the rest of my gums, and it really doesn’t look good at all. If I had known that this would be the result, I never would have gone through with the surgery. It absolutely wasn’t worth the money or the recovery time. When I brought up how I felt with Dr Fagan, she basically started attacking me and saying it was my fault because my teeth were shaped weird… like what I am I supposed to do about that? The whole thing just really made me feel awful.On top of that, on the day I actually had the gum graft done, they sent me home with no painkillers and said they would fax my prescription to the pharmacy. I went to the pharmacy and waited and waited, all the while the pain was intensifying, to the point where I was literally sobbing in pain standing at the pharmacy. I had to call Dr. Fagan’s office repeatedly (3 times!) to get them to fax the prescription and I still ended up waiting over an hour for them to do it. Thank god for the pharmacist who saw me crying and immediately filled it so I could get some relief.Long story short, I didn’t feel valued or important to Dr Fagan or her staff at all. I don’t feel like she took any responsibility for the fact that I was unhappy with the results I got, and I felt that she and her staff were unprofessional and honestly just mean.Update: I got a call from Dr Fagan shortly after posting the review. She offered to take another look at my gums and see if there was anything that could be done to address my issue. I edited my star rating from a 1 to a 3 in light of this.

I am very pleased to write this review on Dr. Wilson, Dr. Fagen and their staff. I had gone to another dental clinic and got very very poor service, they didn't seem to care. I was able to get in to see Dr. Wilson and Dr Fagen very quickly without a referral. They gave me hope for my situation and were very understanding of my concerns, they care. Their staff are super friendly, helpful and made me feel very comfortable. I have not one negative thing to say about my experience with Smile Science. I'm looking forward to going back!

I had my second procedure done yesterday (2 different surgical sites). Dr.Fagen and her team are very professional and help to make a not so pleasant procedure more bearable! Would highly recommend this clinic for any periodontal needs!
