I don't even have service activated yet and I had called today to see how long I have to wait for an activation email and they told me 5 to 10 business days and I already have my new bill

I initially reached out to this company on February 3, 2023 to see if they service my area. I was told they did. They charged my card right away for the equipment rental. Fast forward to February 14 and I email them because I have not received the equipment. I email again on February 15. No reply, but I did receive a bill. So I started a new email and the lady who replied was rude and said it was because I didn't provide my full/correct address. Yet I was charged with them knowing full well I was not utilizing their service.Tried emailing them again, no reply. So I called on February 23. The guy I spoke to said it was because I didn't provide them with my full/correct address. I told him I did via email to a colleague a week before. He said he fixed it and they would be sending my equipment within the hour. I asked if he was sure they serviced my home. He put me on hold and assured me they did. The email with the equipment tracking information came through 8 hours later.February 27 they call. Again ask for my correct address. I again gave them my address.March 1 I get an email per shaw - address is not serviceable". That's it. No greeting

It always cuts out atleast 3 Tim's a day now. I always have to disconnect it to reboot it. They harassed me with phone calls because I was 20 dollars over due then they cut you off. . Not very pleased with this company

Worst internet service I’ve ever had, my internet goes out at least two times a day. Their customer service is unhelpful and rude as well. They told me my service would be restored in 24 hours and now it’s 3-5 business days. I will be cancelling soon and finding a better company. This is ridiculous.

Worst customer service and technical support ever from an internet service provider lately. I have been with them for over 5 years and did not had any issue until I moved into my new residence. Before moving into my new residence I requested an early transfer of service. They sent me and email indicating the service was initiated in the new location. However, the date we moved and for one week no internet was available on the location. When I called them they said everything was fine from their end. But no internet for 10 more days till I finally got the connection in 2nd week of August. Since then I have been having so many issues with the connection but every time when I call the technical team they are saying nothing wrong with our end. It was a roller-coaster ride for the connection as it has no internet afterc6 PM till 10 PM and again in the morning. I have been telling them you need to send someone to check the connection but they refuses every time. The tech support sent me a new modem and I waited another three days for its activation while it was supposed to be only one day (according to the tech support on the call). It's very sad to say that even with the new modem the connection is not steady as even now I'm writing this review using my own mobile data. They technically should provide me an refund or some initiative to retain the customer but nothing has been done yet. I believe now Altima doesn't care about its customers or about their business. I should say it's a huge black mark for the company.Every time I call them to request a technical person for an in person visit to check whats wrong it was an expensive option and I have to be the victim of such instances staying without internet for nearly an over a month without rectifying my problem.

Been using this service since 2018 and it's been semi stable but I agree there are inconvenient dead time where my service will be out for 20-30 mins in the late evening. And the customer service is just wow. Wondering what their policys are because there can't be much quality control going on. I've worked in over the phone jobs my entire life. if I was supervising these people based on any phone interactions I've had with this company every single person would fail basic quality control and basic knowledge of customer service. Seems to be a Rushed and loud environment with minimal phone and general training.Hey guys, Do you need a new team manager? I'm available.

Absolutely a joke of a provider. And customer service. You want any help? Nah you get attitude. And then a flag on your account when you argue back. Also lets not mention the internet constantly needs to be fixed. One day you have wifi the next you dont. Might as well find a better provider with professional customer service.

We lasted a little over a week before cancelling. I cannot even review their internet service because we never go to experience it. The customer service with set up was so poor, Telus only owns them and has no involvement otherwise, so don't expect any help from them.To sum it up: the left hand didn't even know what the right was doing. Multiple representatives couldn't give us an activation date and had no idea why no date was on our file. When we finally got the date, it came and went and we still did not have internet. After multiple calls and being on hold for hours combined, we decided the poor customer service was just not worth it. I do not recommend this company or their service.

Recently switched over. Just got through one of the many outages that I am now experiencing. The more technology they add, the worse the product gets. None of their systems work. If you want to have everything so complicated that it doesn't work and be limited to using the bare minimum of services then definitely switch over.

They were very good in the initial setup and I was pleased with the service and speed since then. However, the only reason I went with Altima is because of their low price. Now that I've been with them 6 months, the price has gone up $11 per month from $44 to $55 for the 30 speed. Their website says no tricks"
