Asked for easy gravy on the poutine... and it's literally drowning in gravy... coffee was burnt.. On my break so can't go back to get this fixed.. what a waste of my money. I won't order from here on a Sunday ever again. Gross.

You know that friendly, portly little guy on the A&W TV ads? You're going to find anyone like him here. Never once heard any of them say thank you or goodbye. They look at you funny if you want to use a cardboard tray to carry out your food because they can't charge you 15 cents for a bag. But the food is good.

Terrible service. For a fast food restaurant they are extremely slow and unorganized the people working are also switching back and fourth from cash to kitchen without washing their hands. When they say the order will be ready in 5 min they take well over 15 min. Whoever was working on March .12 at 6pm should be fired. They are ruining the A&W brand

I like A&W in general but this location wait time is always too long. This time I ordered a sausage Breakfast sandwich and a small coffee, the cashier told me they don’t have sausage can do bacon instead. I said ok. After 20min waiting, they passed me the sandwich but forgot my drink. I then wait again for the coffee. When I was back to work I realized that there’s no bacon in my sandwich……

No engagement of the employees, even though there was a ten minute wait for preparing the food it was absolutely disgusting. Cold soggy onion rings, half cooked burger! With the highest prices in the fast food industry, you would think they could get it right!The restaurant is worn out and needs a major face lift.Avoid this location.

Great tasty Teen burger to go... Quick in delivery and at a reasonable price considering the quality and location.You can have a nice walk down to the sea side from here with the view to downtown over the water.

I appreciate how this location is managed. It goes far beyond my expectation for fast food. A&W is always my go to for quick but QUALITY convenient food. I never feel gross with their food.Thank you, A&W for making cheat meals always satisfying!! (My go to is Papa burger, sub lettuce wrap + no mayo and fries... Sometimes double fries!)

Raised with no hormones or steroids is great and i love there poutine. One time i went to Vancouver and they were all sold out of beyond meat due to to much customers they say. Iv never had a problem with a&w and i will continue to eat here.

Friendly staff at all times. Finally, one table outside, which allows you to dine outdoors.Patties / burgers getting smaller at this chain, so having a coupon helps a lot.
