Just stacked the best load of firewood we have ever seen. I have driven by John’s Firewood on Hwy 9 many times but today was our first order from them. Wow!!! A full truck load (bush cord), delivered clean and dry…and we can burn it now! We’ve finally found the real deal and we will be back! Thank you to Allen and Justin for great customer service!

I purchased some sugar maple wood from John's Firewood for use in my pizza oven. The wood is clean, appropriately cured, and worked perfectly! It was also a great value compared to other similar products marketed specially for pizza and wood burning ovens.From initial contact, to payment, to delivery, everything was perfect and professional! The only very minor downside: if you want it delivered to your home you need a minimum of 50 bags which is a bit too much for the average residential pizza oven hobbyist (unless you want wood to last you for the next decade...)

Amazing quality at a very reasonable price! Their woods burn very well and make very warm and long lasting fire. They also burn very clean not leaving any soot. Don't compare their products to other random wood places.This is the place to go for firewoods.

We have ordered from a few places since moving up here - John's wood was best. We purchased three cords of unseasoned red oak, best load of wood we ever got, beautiful wood. Can't wait to burn it this coming winter.

Very friendly people and super helpful when I told them it was my first time buying! Very reasonable prices for hardwood and kindling, and both burned very well for our outdoor fire pit. Bags of hardwood for $10 each and kindling for $6. Definitely recommend.

Picked up a face cord @Johns early today, (nice count definitely). Had a chat with both John & Allan, nice lads. thx Al for the assistance loading appreciate that. I’ll be back on the 16th for another face, fire is going now & quite pleasant. Thx again boys
