I always go to Westland Insurance in Chemainus whenever I need to renew insurance on company vehicles. We have a large number of drivers listed on our policies which exceeds the parameters of the ICBC program causing it to lock up. Despite this issue, Cheryl and Bailey are always welcoming and professional and take the time to work around the systems limitations. In the end I walk out with all of our drivers listed on our policies.I highly recommend them for your insurance needs.

Bailey Rumsey is the most helpful insurance agent I have ever dealt with. She is honest and up front with everything. She actively looks for the best rates and coverage annually and are always looking out for the customer. Bailey is Definitely a person who cares for the customer. She’s full of knowledge and makes me feel comfortable when buying insurance.

Cheryl was amazing. So helpful and knowledgeable from the beginning. I had a complicated out of province vehicle transfer and she handled it with ease. The team around her was also very helpful and calming through the whole process.

The ladies at Westland insurance in Chemainus are an absolute pleasure to deal with. The one agent Danika was unfamiliar with my travel trailer registration process but the other level 2 agent (forgive me I forget her name) went above and beyond. My 40ft trailer is rather large and hard to get into the parking lot. She not only met me where the trailer was parked to sight the VIN, she gave me a ride back to my motorcycle!!!! Thanks again for everything!!! Two Thumbs five stars!!!

Got to the office early to renew my car insurance, may have been the first one in this morning. Got served right away. Listened as the insurance agents were saying that they would do anything to not have to do the ICBC renewals, didn't think anything of it. Answered all the questions, the agent was obviously on automatic when she told me where to initial here" and "sign there". Paid my bill on Visa

If you are looking for a knowledgeable, friendly, remarkable customer service and attention to detail, Bailey Rumsey is who you want to do your insurance. She helped me with my convoluted rental home insurance, and is always quick to help me with my ICBC, RV, and Travel insurance. Bailey is amazing at what she does, and can handle anything from auto insurance to home insurance. She is absolutely Fantastic and is ALWAYS my go to! Thanks Bailey for being sooooo awsome!!! You ROCK!!!
