I took my two girls to buy clothing & shoes and was incredibly impressed with the young woman who helped us. She is to be commended for treating two young girls (5 & 7) with respect. She spoke to them (not me) about their preferences for leotards and the fit of the items they tried on and was patient when trying shoes on them while I helped siblings. Both of my girls left the store proud of themselves for picking out items they are comfortable with and they both commented they felt they had done it independently! I also appreciate she ensured that all of the selected items have room to grow" for year :) Brava!"

Terrible customer service. I've been shopping here for years but when I asked to try on a size of shoes in a different style then I wanted so that I knew what size to order in the style I wanted online, they refused to help me. Now I know the principal of this is to deter buying online and instead from them, but the reality is they didn't have my style and weren't able to order the style I wanted. The other reality is I have been buying all my dance supplies from them for years (including the style of shoe I was looking for that they no longer cary) and now I will never go back. On that trip alone I had several other products I needed to pick up but I will be taking my business elsewhere. Costumer service is the most important factor to me.

Love the service here. They care about the dancers and always do such a great job checking cutting and sizes. Highly recommend Sequins Plus for all your dancing needs.

Love the options of dance wear at the store - New Management has brought a new look to the store and staff is always friendly and helpful.

There two women that helped me today we're amazing, I overheard them fitting a little girl for a pair of shoes and they were so accommodating and helpful! I will 100% be back and will be sending all of my bartending girls here for durable and affordable tights. I might even snag a dance leotard for a bodysuit to work one day! I tend to go here for my daughter's dancing needs. They are very helpful and are very friendly. However, I find that when buying shoes they tend to pick ones that just fit" causing me to have to rebuy shoes in a few months time since children's feet grow fast! When I request that I'd rather size up and wear a thicker sock than to buy a shoe that's a perfect fit they're weary and try to tell me that it is fine and that the tighter fit will stretch and become more comfortable with wear. So I buy them and sure enough
