I had a great experience with Steve, Dustin and Dan on an inspection on my home in Sylvan Lake recently. There are very thorough, and explained the deficiences very well. They also have a fantastic appliance warranty program that I ended up having to use on my furnace and stove. The warranty was very easy to use and it ended up saving me about $600! We had Andy Armstrong on location on Sunday to inspect our property.He came a few minutes before the appointment and prepared all his tools to do the inspection.Took him several hours to get it done and he reviewed an exceptional amount of detail during this time.He also took pictures of everything capturing meticulously any points he wanted to flag as an issue.At the end of the inspection he walked me through all of them describing why is unsafe and what can be done to fix the problem.Also he told me about their insurance policy on the roof and the recall policy on appliances which I was pleasantly surprised to find about.The report was sent the same day and I could review it again in case I had something unclear the first time.Really great professional work Andy, our family is appreciating your help and recommend your expertise to others at any time!Thanks again for helping us!Radu Buzea
