I have nothing but praise for them. My car broke down on a Friday at work. I am not from here. They told me what tow company to call and they would add the charge to my bill. They are kind courteous and fair. I was not over charged and they did not fix anything without my say so. I would not take my car anywhere else. Thank you

I've taken my car here several times over the past 18 months or so. Had some exhaust work done, a couple tire rotations, routine maintenance and some front end work done.I've been very pleased with the quality of the work, their pricing, and the way they have been able to fit me in around my work shifts.

I've been going here with my vehicles since I started driving over 10 years ago and they are always very professional and do a great job. I've had strange requests in the past (had a tractor muffler taken off my car, long story) and they've always been accommodating! Great service here.

After another shop was gaslighting my mother saying her vehicle wasn't leaking coolant, Wonder Auto found the leaky connector in less than 10 minutes and sent her on her way free of charge to the other shop.

Ended up with 4 broken lug nuts and limped it to their shop and they found time to squeeze me in. They were friendly and very helpful.I checked the reviews on google maps first and these guys have great reviews for a reason.

New Glasgow Wonder Auto - I left a one star review on their web site but it didn't show up... I asked them to check for any obvious issues underneath that I couldn't see and do an MVI *IF* there wasn't - there was an obvious hole that needed patching but they did the inspection anyway (which of course failed). They said no problem! Just get the work done in 10 days - I challenge anyone to get body work done around here in 10 days! I was told my tires were total garbage (cracked) and all 4 needed to be replaced - 2 reputable tire shops in the area disagreed saying they were fine and I've been running on them for 4 months perfectly satisfied. The third issue it was in for was a slight hum in the back - they did a complete hub replacement on one side. Maybe it needed it, but given my experience this time in, maybe not? I used to have great confidence in them but something has changed.

These people went above and beyond for us, what a great experience we had! We were on vacation from the US and had accidentally hit a raccoon with our car. They took us right in to assess the damage. After looking at our car, they said it was an insurance job because there was a lot of damage. I contacted insurance company but since we were in Canada, it was going to take days for an adjuster to look at it and we had to be back to work on Monday. These awesome people at Wonder Auto offered to fix just what we would need in order to make it home(a radiator) so then we could have insurance company fix the rest. They called around and got prices on rental cars for us so we could still enjoy our vacation while waiting for the repairs and even drove us to the rental car place! I was blown away by their hospitality and will forever be thankful for all the help they have us and hoiw nice they were. We made it back to Connecticut safe and sound all thanks to them, and at a reasonable price too. The world needs more people like them. The owner, mechanics and receptionist were all amazing. Couldn't recommend enough and I'll never forget them. We loved Canada before, but after this experience we adore it.

Great people and excellent service! It's hard to find a garage where you feel like someone is really putting your needs first and not just trying to make money. Took my car there twice (oil change and general check before a long road trip) and haven't been disappointed. I can absolutely recommend those guys!

Very clean, organized work area. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Did the work right, good price. Definitely do repeat business, recomend to family and friends.
