Olson's Sewer Service, Inc. and Olson's Excavating Service

I called for information on addressing a very old backed up septic system at a parent's house. They spent lots of time with me on the phone laying out several options from service to repair to replacement. It helped me make the best short term decision and know who to contact for designing a replacement system. I will definitely use them when it is time to replace the system as well.

I'm having an electrical issue with my septic alarm. I called this company to see if they could come out and fix it. The woman who answered the phone said she'd talk to the guy that pumped my tank last year (that was the first time I had hired this co) and then she'd call me back. A WEEK later and I still hadn't heard a word from anyone. So I call them back to find out what's going on, she asks me if I know of any electricians I can hire. I tell her no, she tells me they have a few they work with and that she'll see if she can find one that can come out and take a look and she'll call me back. That was two business day's ago and, again, no one has called me back yet. It's pretty apparent at this point that I'm getting the run around and I'm going to have to go elsewhere. This company has such good reviews that I really expected they'd treat me better than that. I need to have this issue fixed but I guess I'll have to hire someone else to do it. I won't be doing any more future business with Olson's.

Dusty and his crew did an outstanding job, including the sub contractors. They even took the extra time to clean up the dirt and brought top soil to help clean up.

They know what there doing, but there price for the work they did was exorbitant. I'm an engineer and understand whats going on.The first staff member on the phone was a snot when I called. $570 dollars an hour for two guys, new pump, wiring, and one waste tank pumped out.Good company for emegency. My work was done during normal business hours.I'll use others next go around.Have a good day.

Olson’s will do any job big or small. Dylan gave an affordable bid and was open to any questions I had. Lee and Teri in the office were responsive and gave updates as needed via calls & email. Dustin, Logan and Travis took nearby property lines into consideration when bringing in the excavator and cleaned the area up nicely. Olson’s exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend. Thank you!

They were prompt, affordable, friendly and did their best despite having to schedule 2-3 months out. Everyone is busy, and this company did what they could. Will be using again in 3 years for my next service.

What a joke. Told them I'd pay after service. Like cash money and they still billed my credit card. After they even knew someone was here with money. They pulled up never knocked. Got a call from driver was a bonus or he would be attacked by 3 german shepards soon as he enter their yard. What a joke. That why locally I prefer soderville septic service. Freaking monopoly business in affect. Can't wait for cash or debt. Just immediately bill to credit card. Never again will I use them. Never knocked for payment waited all day for them. Even scheduled the day before. Not how local business should work.
