Lots of help finding everything. One downside, while my wife was shopping for all the $150+ sweatshirts and $160 tights I had to use the washroom. Well guess what, they don't have one. Even with security at the door, controlling who comes in, they cannot accommodate their customers. I can tell you if I had a store with lulu margins and prices, I'd do whatever to make sure you do not have to leave until I got all the $$$. Although we bought a couple things, we stopped very short cause I had to find a washroom. No, we didn't come back to get the left behind items that were impulse buys(more money for lulu) Seems werid but I know the excuse that's downtown Vancouver""

The female cashier instead of handing me my receipt reaches over and takes her hand and shoved it into my backpack giving me a weird smile... What? Kinda got a sense of cattiness from her.The ladies in the back doing the floor and fitting were excellent.

The staff here is extremely unhelpful. All the employees are distracted by one another. I’ve heard great things about this company and there precision when it comes to to company etiquettes. My experience was absolutely miserable as I came in to get one product I searched for before and apparently it never existed? The wait time for alteration for something that’s not even similar was over a month. I left extremely disappointed and I will not be shopping from the brand again.

If i want to compare the level of the customer service among the Lululemon in Greater Vancouver i definitely choose the Robson for the best customer service i had many different interaction in this store either getting help from the educators or at customer service . Educator help me to find what exactly i need and i really appreciate her integrity on our interaction . She tried to help me to have the best choice which is fit on my need. And the other girl at the customer service she helped me to exchange my order she was really great and friendly.

Everyone was nice but Marina and Nasim was exceptional. One more more person I don’t know her name.she was helping me in the change room. They were also helpful. It made my day.

I had the worst checkout experience at lululemon today. The lady was so rude and impatient that I almost wanted to leave right away. She did not ask me if I had membership or needed bag, just rudely grab my items and asked me to pay. When I realized I needed a bag after I paid, she was like yeah you need to pay $1 again. Her condescending attitudes ruined my day. I don’t know if she is just having a bad day, or just hates me so she gave me very derogatory look without any smiles. Either way as a customer I should not be treated this way.

I’ve shopped at this specific Lululemon location a few times and the customer service here, in my experience, has been consistently good. Large, spacious store that is relatively organized and that tends to have things in stock. Great location in the heart of the shopping district of downtown Vancouver. Love their stuff - the price tag, not so much - but the products are beautifully made and designed, so I keep coming back.

I would have given 0 stars. First I buy leggings which are too long and need hemming (I understand that its easier to hem to have more sales but seriously 3 inches too long). I leave the leggings to hem and receive a message to come pick them up in 2 days. I take a ferry and a bus and come to the store just to be told that was a mistake email and the leggings are not ready. OK, off I go back, lost 30$ on my ferry and bus and half a day but mistakes happen, right? Well, I did not even make it home when I receive an email that I apparently picked up my pants and thank you for that! Well, that is apparently a mistake as my pants are not with me and I needed them for an occasion. I call their support which apparently knows nothing about working orders. Call the store for a week - nobody picks up. Emailed the store - result is - my credit card bill is here, I have no leggings and no answer from them. I guess I am to go spend another 30$ on the trip to find out (but what, if some employee just marked my leggings as being picked up?).I tell you, for a price you pay - that service is absolutely unacceptable.

Received excellent customer service over the phone with a product educator Alexandra. She was understanding when a tag was taken off a newly bought item and needed a size exchange after trying it on again at home. She worked quickly to find a size for a popular product and set it aside right away. Happy customer!
