Souris Historic Lighthouse
Amazing view. If you find climbing stairs or a ladder difficult, you will want to stay on the first level. You can go up to the top and see the current and old light used to warn ships. Great pictures of the lighthouse through the years.

Souris Historic Lighthouse
I was here after labor day and you can go up in the light house for free. They have some nice artifacts inside. The gift shop had great items. Many of the items were made by the woman who leases the shop and her relatives. I got a ring made by the woman and a card designed by her granddaughter. It was a family affair!

Souris Historic Lighthouse
This was one of the best finds of our trip! While it's not the tallest lighthouse on the island it is the only one you can step out on to the top deck! That experience alone makes it a must visit!! Each floor of the lighthouse is filled with interesting artifacts! Don't forget to stop by the gift shop! The staff there are very friendly and knowledgeable about the area :)

Worth the climb up to the top! Great view, self guided tour with suggested donation box at the entrance. Cute gift shop and plenty of parking. Glad we made the trip out there to actually get to go inside a lighthouse!

This was such a cool place to visit! And the beach glass collection includes things that have been found for decades.The gift shop is full of fun and beautiful items. Handmade jewelry and other PEI treasures.

Souris Historic Lighthouse
A gorgeous spot on high ground giving great visibility out into the ocean and overlooking the town of Souris. There was a self-guided tour of the lighthouse that was fascinating with lots of historical information and a few exhibits on sea glass and the history of the lighthouse. A good spot to check out if you're visiting Souris!

Great lighthouse experience, 4 levels with lots to see inside like seaglass and original lighthouse equipment, wicked view of the harbor and ocean.

Simply amazing!Very interesting museum inside, including an extensive display of sea glass and an informative video.I was also able to climb all the way up and go outside!What a treat!

Souris Historic Lighthouse
Great lighthouse for a self guided tour. Exhibits could be a smidge more professional but some really cool artifacts including a working light turning mechanism. Second floor has a cool exhibit on sea glass. And of course the highlight is being able to go out onto the tower deck! Plus a very nice large gift shop with modern bathrooms.
