The most unprofessional company! The agents use bullying tactics and leave harassing voicemails. Then when you do call they hang up on you and don't get back to you. Tom Anderson specifically, is the most unprofessional professional" I've ever dealt with. Terrible company full of bullies

Received a call about a “debt” i owed with a company i’ve never dealt with. I called the said company and they confirmed I never had an account with them. AIM states they sent me multiple letters in the mail, at an address that is not my address, or even near where I reside. The woman on the phone was rude and hung up on me.

I'm sure alot of the reviews are unfortunately from debtors that were upset to receive calls about their balances. We have had to enlist the help of a collection company due to increasing clients not paying us. I can speak for my business in saying that we do everything possible to make good on a debt before making the decision to go this route.Kevin and his team have been excellent. They have taken the time to explain the process to me. Answered any concerns I have had. Best of all they have help us collect on money we no doubt would have never seen.

The agents here are so hard to get a hold of . Rude agent named Nicole , who was going to take care of my file. Glad it was transferred over to someone else !!!

Honestly. Awful experience. I had the most unprofessional emails sent to me. I was advised to “consult a dictionary”Called to talk to someone in management about the complete disrespect I received. That was two weeks ago. No response.Very very unimpressed. If you had some decent people working here maybe you’d have better reviews.

This company is not recognized by the BBB, this caught me by surpriseas many collection agency's are. Please chose a collection agency accredited by the Better Business Bureau!!!!After reading their mission statement. I realized exactly how much of a sham this company is,Our mission is to maximize the revenue objectives of our Clients/Partners by offering professional accounts receivable and debt recovery management services."Maximize revenue objectives of their clients? AKA Collect absolutely nothing as they lack finesse

I had the displeasure of dealing with someone who seemed irritated that she even had to call me. I had an outstanding balance for a fee related to a place I did not know. At no point was I contacted about the outstanding balance. I had no resistance paying the fee and followed all of her steps agreeably. Still, I was met with attitude at every turn.Thank you for making a terrible experience even worse.

They called about an overdue account" that I had paid and had a receipt for. I said there's got to be a misunderstanding or mistake. Instead of believing me and asking me for a copy of the receipt

I had an account go into arrears that I overlooked concerning some courses I took. The agents were very difficult to get ahold of to resolve my issue, but continuously left me rude voicemails. Any time I called I had to leave a voicemail. Finally I was able to complete a payment with them over etransfer, because the website is not user friendly. Overall I can't say I enjoyed speaking with anyone but the final agent who actually took my money. Nicole is sadistic and seems to love leaving messages in a rude, accusatory tone, in particular. Nicole, if we ever meet, I hope you can accept the vitriol I have for you, since you expected me to accept yours without having ever spoken to me. A curse on your entire family line.

Was called today, not sure if this was the first time or not as their number is not one that is in my previous contact list for the past year.Spoke with Nicole on the phone, she claimed to have called and left a voicemail so I promptly checked after the less than pleasant phone call and saw that I had absolutley NO voicemails. I dont regularly check my voicemail box, I even went to check my emails too and lo and behold, zip, zilch. Nada. No contact. She did give me until the end of the month to pay, thankfully, but she didn't tell me how much is owed. How am I supposed to pay a debt if I don't know the amount ?Nicole was snarky and rude, and seemed out of touch with reality. Does she not understand that the cost of living has caused so many people to be faced with the choice of paying bills or getting groceries?
