Poor service. Long time customer and still not looked after! I was made to feel stupid after appointment error. Booked over a month in advance due to a vacation. Very unhappy customer. Where is the loyalty?

It's the best hair salon I've been to. The staffs were so helpful, welcoming and friendly. I would totally recommend this hair salon! Pia did an amazing job and now I'm in LOVE with my new haircut.
