Walked in, not acknowledged, no prices on product, after 15 minutes of waiting and not even being told how long we'll have to wait while they served the other customer we put our product back and left. A simple hello and letting us know how long they'll be may have saved my business but now we'll never know.

Zoey was hands down, the best Rep to deal with! Not that any of the other staff aren't also great, because they all are! But Zoey was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable! She didn't hesitate to go above and beyond for me!!

Jamie and the team are knowledgeable, friendly and always available. They take their time answering all your questions, being patient and thorough. I feel like a valued customer and appreciate the great customer service my family of four get every time!!

Saturday at 10:20am. Lights off, open sign off, no sorry we're weirdly closed today, nobody picked up the phone when we called. Waited 5-10 mins, still nothing. Made the 5 minute drive to Warman. Worth it. If I were you, I'd make the drive to Warman also.

I went a picked up a new phone on Thanksgiving Monday, the lady that helped me was great! She hooked me up with an awesome deal! However I went back two days later having issues with the battery and the phone dying within 8hrs. I asked the employee if there was anything that could be done. He insisted I would have to call the warranty company or Samsung, I asked if there was a possibility of just trading the phone that is two days old in. They said they could not do that. So I decided to call sasktel instead. They informed me that I'm within two weeks of having the phone and if I'm not satisfied I could return the phone. So I went back and the employee said I could. However I had to sit there and argue with them since I did not have the charging cord with me that instead of driving home they could just take the cord from the new phone that is the exact same cord and put that with the phone I'm exchanging. Finally after 10min they agreed. I then asked if they could transfer my info over and they insisted I pay $50 for that. I will not be returning to this location.

I had been waiting for the Samsung S10 e phone to go on as the $0 phone, and when it finally did, I was so excited to get one. But sadly, most places I called did NOT have any. Finally I called this dealer and the friendly gal on the phone assured me she did indeed have one and held it for me till I got there. Jenn was such a helpful and friendly person. She even sent me home with her OWN cord attached to my phones, as the transfer of data was taking so long. She just told me to bring it back sometime in the next week! Who does that now-a-days? She is a TOP NOTCH employee and I have already recommended her to several other friends who WILL be going there for service as well. KUDOS to this place and the great staff there! She deserves a raise!

Went in last week because I was having problems with my phone. I was trying to explain to the rep what kind of trouble I was having. She took the phone She kept talking and interrupting me. I didn’t have a chance to explain. Her and the other rep where giving each other looks. I asked for my phone back and walked out.

Kadmil was a huge help. Friendly, knowledgeable and fair, he really went above and beyond for me after my phone suddenly died, and got me the absolute best deals possible with the phone I wanted. Recommend Martensville Wireless Age above anybody else I've dealt with, and will continue to do business with them as I always have. Thanks again, guys!

What a relief to actually have a Sasktel store answer their phone and be bubbly and so helpful. I’ve gotten more help at this store in the past week than I’ve had at the Stonebridge location in the past 2 years. Great job
