Very pleased with the work on my Jeep. Very easy to deal with from start to finish. Best of all everything looked great when I went to get my vehicle back. All clean, shiny and fresh including the interior! Thanks to everyone there. Happy to recommend to anyone that has to get something done. Even when had yo go back for second time due to someone hitting me a week after getting it back!

city centre collision was such a great place to bring my car.... fast friendly service!! they did an awesome job fixing the dent in my lift gate they made it look brand new! Mark is a such an awesome guy! highly recommended if u need body work and paint done to ur car thanks again Mark!

Have not been expressed with the work my 7 year old daughter can do betterNow it's 2 months later my car is still not finished and I even had to buy tools for them to get the doors lined up and they didn't even give us are floor mats back I just found out that the other shop is going to have to do 125 hours of work to fix the work that city center says they have done after 6 months open saying the vehicle was good now the insurance has written it off because they did $20,000 worth of screw-ups

I got into an accident on halloween last year they made getting my car appraised and looked over easy. My car was booked in december 4 and returned to me january 8 now this may seem like along time but there was an extensive amount of damage. They had a rental waiting when i dropped off my car and gave me updates every 2 to 3 days on the progress of my car they also cleaned it and gave it a nice shiny wax finish. I was very impressed with their service and think they are awesome people to work with. Thank you city centre you guys made life for me easy in the month of december. Happy new year. The staff at City Centre are amazing.It was a long process to get my vehicle fixed, but it was no fault of their own. Parts were back ordered and they kept me well informed.When all was said and done my car looks amazing!I would highly recommend them. Tim, Tammy, Mark and the rest of the staff that work there (sorry I can’t remember everyone’s name) . Very friendly and they actually went through the whole process of what needed to be done in laymen terms. They stand by their word.Thank you so much!

I brought my car in (this was where my insurance company selected). I was then made an appointment for 2 months after my accident to ensure parts were received. When dropping off I was told I would receive updates and it would take 10 days. It is now over a month later, and I still do not have my vehicle, I have received limited updates, been unable to reach the staff, and thry have taken responsibility. Very poor customer service. For the amount this is costing, I do not feel like I have been treated appropriately. Very disappointed!

Just a great experience dealing with them. They did an awesome job on my truck and looks like it came off the showroom floor. The paint matches perfectly. They back their work for sure. My door would not open and they got me back in to fix that to ensure it was perfect. The updates to my phone by text was great as you know where about your are in the repair process. Will surely use them for any of my auto body repairs and when I need to get my car repainted.
