Our experience with the Kelowna, BC, Canada office of Carrier Enterprise (CE-Kelowna) is overwhelmingly positive. They went out of their way to help us, and they responded to our emails exceptionally quickly and professionally. We would not hesitate to do business with them in the future.We had a Fantech heat recovery ventilator (HRV) installed on the Carrier heat pump in our home. Unfortunately, after about a year, the HRV failed. Getting the repair done by the original installer would have been outrageously expensive, as only the parts are warrantied. Fortunately, Fantech agreed that we could repair our HRV; everything in it is plug and play. The claim, however, must be processed through the dealer/distributor network. So, we went back to the original installer to have them submit a claim to Fantech. Alas, the installer had been bought out by another company and would not or could not honour the warranty, unless they did all the work.Since CE-Kelowna had supplied the HRV to the installer, we appealed to them for help. Frankly, it was a bit of a Hail-Mary on our part, as we were not CE-Kelowna customers. To our great surprise, they agreed to help us, submitted the Fantech requisition, and obtained a warranty rebate in record time.

Careful. Wholesale only and the person behind the counter is a dick to you if your not a contractor.

We have been dealing with Carrier/WWG for years and we can honestly say they are great to deal with! They are always helpful and knowledgeable. Superior customer service and always have someone to talk to which is very important in our line of work. Very competitive pricing.We really like and appreciate all the training courses they supply to the techs as well. Wish we could give you more then 5 stars, guys!

Terrible service. My part was obsolete, they told me there was no replacement. 2 seconds on Google found my replacement part and part number. Went back In with new part number. Clerk said they would try to locate and phone me back with price and availability. They never called back.... Another example of lazy incompetent staff unwilling to put in any effort.

Although the parts guy was good. The company does not sell to the general public. So if your a competent person you can't get your parts here.

Our company has been working with Carrier for many years. The Kelowna crew, Cal, Chantelle, Jason, Justin, to name a few, have always excellent to deal with. Very knowledgeable on their products they carry and are always available for assistance.

Great supplier! Chantelle, Cal and Jason are absolutely fabulous to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to call and ask them to help me source products as I find them to be extremely knowledgeable people and very friendly individuals! Wish I could give you all more then just 5 stars!

Great customer service from Dave. Went above and beyond to track a package for me and followed it through. He shows his passion and try's his best to make things happen and follow it through. Wont hesitate to call him again and again.

there should be a large sign on the door that says wholesale only. the guy behind the counter was an ass. if i owned a hvac company i wouldnt purchase from these guys if they were the only supplier
