I love this place and my dog Snowy too. I must say that the staff is incredible,Michele has been giving a hair cut to my dog for a long time and I can’t ask for more… thanks soooo much Michelle and Lori for your wonderful gesture and your staff is well trained to handle dogs with different personalities.. I highly recommend this place. :) keep up your good work!!

I took my fur baby Jackson to Portia at the groom room. What an amazing experience. From a very professional booking form, to meeting with Portia who enquired exactly what I wanted. He looked beautiful and he came home acting like a little puppy. He was not scratching or eating his paws. He was a very happy puppy and although he can’t talk his whole attitude was relaxed. What a wonderful grooming place for your pets. The best I have used

I have 4 dogs that have had their first visits to The Groom Room. 2 frenchies went first and had a blast! They got a great report card and I was very impressed with the service and communication I received. Then I booked 2 speciality appointments for my 2 senior dogs since I felt good about the salon experience so far. They came home looking the best they ever have! The services are amazing and accommodating to every pets needs. I’m tremendously impressed with this salon and I love that I feel safe and excited to bringing my fur babies there again.

Had a great experience with our dog, a little Pomeranian. He was in need of groom and we decided to go with the Groom Room team. The price was comparable to other locations in the area based on the services offered. Our groomer was great and walked us through the process and set us at ease along with our dog. I couldn't ask for a better out come and will use them again should the need arise. Our dog is only visiting from out of province. I would have no issue recommending the Groom Room to anyone in the area in need of Grooming services.

From the moment you book your appointment to when arrive you at the front door, know that safety for your furry friend is their number one priority. When you book your appointment, they will send you text message as a reminder. I know sometimes I forget, so the text reminder is fantastic. Our groomer listens carefully to what our two dogs needs are and explains everything in detail back to us. All the groomers are compassionate, caring and understanding about what is needed. They have an attention to detail that's great!The grooming is completed on time and a cute report card is provided. You will not be disappointed if you use the Groom Room for your furry family friend(s)!

I took my puppy for his first grooming appointment and Michelle did a fantastic job being patient and making sure he was comfortable with the new environment. He even got a report card at the end of his grooming. Highly recommended spot for dogs of all ages!

We took our 7 month puppy Juniper here for her first ever grooming. Everyone was so lovely, great communication from setting up the appointment online through, to introductions and discussing what June needed done, to figuring out pick up via text. Juniper had matting that needed to be taken care of and she came out looking so good and in a great mood. Definitely will be coming back. :)

Friendly staff and great service. I brought my 8 month old pomeranian for his second ever grooming appointment and he came home happy and looking great! I also loved that they gave him a report card evaluating his behaviour and also called to check in and let me know how he was doing.Update: 1 year later I have continued to bring my pom here and I am still so happy I found this groomer. The staff are friendly and really take the effort to get to know my dog. They listen attentively to my requests and always call if they are uncertain about how I would like him to be groomed. My dog always makes new friends here and comes home happy. I fully trust the Groom Room to take great care of my pom.2nd update: 3 years after our first visit and we are still repeat customers! All of the groomers are excellent and Ace is always happy and looks great after his visits. Chelsea did an amazing job on his most recent visit!

This is the place to bring your nervous pups. The entire experience from booking to picking up my dog was A+. Lots of communication before the appointment to confirm date and time. Lori was amazing to work with. She knew how to handle my nervous dog, addressed all of my questions and reassured me of the care they take to make sure the dog is comfortable. She kept in contact with me throughout the appointment, sent videos, and let me know 25 mins before pickup time so I had lots of time to head back. I'm very happy with how great the groom was and they addressed all of my questions and concerns. Will definitely be coming back!
