I ordered five appliances in June 2021, and had a great experience working with Appliance Studio. They carry great quality products at competitive prices, have integrity and are reliable. Adib was super helpful and answered our questions in detail, and emailed extra information which I requested. Jim is knowledgeable, was patient with all my phone calls, and was above board throughout. His help was indispensable when we had to switch model selections late in the process.November update: A year after my purchase, everything is running great but the Bosch dishwasher developed a minor issue. I realized that my original invoice had an incorrect delivery date because the original delivery plan could not be accommodated by our renovation. I spoke with Tom and Ray at Appliance Studio and they immediately dug up my records, apportioned the info into separate invoices according to delivery date, and sent copies to me so that warranty would not be an issue.Overall a great experience, I am pleased with the purchase assistance and aftersales service and am happy to recommend Appliance Studio.

Our Business needed an updated design that was both functional and attractive to our customers. Appliance Studio went above and beyond what we were looking for. They took the time to understand our space, the functionality we required for not only our needs but when customers entered the space. They also helped us understand which appliances benefited what we were looking for --- from Miele, Jenn-air, etc. I would always recommend working with the team here. Delivery and customer support was outstanding as well.

I ordered the appliance package on Feb 9 and fully paid, and haven't got the washer and fridge after 5 months (July 9). First they said lead time is 4~6 weeks, then said will deliver on May 7, then said will due on June. Now July 9, I am still waiting for washer and fridge.Update: It has been 6 months since I bought the appliance package on Feb 9. Now I am still waiting for the washer and fridge.on Feb 9, they said 4~6 weeks leading time, I moved in the house on March 18, until April 14, they sent technician to install the stove for me. Almost 1 month (March 18 ~ April 14) I ate take-out everyday as no stove.Almost 5 month (March 18 to Aug 10), I never have a washer to do the laundry. How struggling I am living without appliances? No news from Appliance studio!

I worked with John. He was honest and knowledgable about helping me get what I need and not break the bank doing it.He knew all the pros and cons for each unit. He listened to what I wanted but helped me get what would better suit my needs. Appliance Studio will be my first stop the next time I need an appliance! And I recommend them to anyone else!

When i was renovating my kitchen, Appliance studio came to the rescue. Like everyone I wanted top end appliances but at a discount. I can honestly say they have the best of the best in brand names. I ended up with a stunning Jenn-air set that was delivered and installed at an amazing price. The team there showed me how I could save money and have the look I desire, without compromising on the quality of the product. I love to shop around but I always came back to Appliance studio. They don't match but BEAT the competition. Make sure to visit their show room and see the extensive collection of unique appliances.

I went to a larger appliance store but the sales representatives were too busy to attend to me so I ended up here and spoke with Tom. I got an excellent deal on a washer/dryer. I couldn't have got a better deal and am very happy. Thank you Tom and Appliance Studio.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! From the moment we first walked into Appliance Studio, Adib made us feel welcome and encouraged us to look around despite not being ready to purchase appliances at that time. A year later, we continued to receive that same warm reception each and every time we entered the store.John was an encyclopedia of knowledge and was generous sharing it with us. Over several visits, he patiently spent more than a couple of hours with us, to ensure we were completely comfortable with our purchase (6 items in all). He also went to great lengths to get us the best price with the dealer—on top of the Black Friday sale prices (which were already fabulous).Appliance Studio prices are the same or better than their competitors, but what sets them apart is their service, which went above and beyond any expectation I had. They truly care about the customer. And their care didn’t end once the sale was made. When our fridge was delivered with a dent in the door, John took care of everything immediately.I couldn’t recommend Appliance Studio more highly. It was a lovely experience from the beginning to, to the delivery, to the fridge replacement, to the happy end.

Great place to shop for your appliances.High European brand names. Lots of stocks. Specially in this market that appliances are not available until one year.
