I have asked the agency to send me a payment notice letter mail to the address on file so I can pay off the owed balance for my mom. i was told last month and March 28 that a letter was sent which i have never received... please assist me with this. thank you

Nadia went above and beyond being genuinely empathetic and understanding while going through a terrible situation in my life that got me behind behind on my bills. She worked WITH me to find a solution that worked no matter how small a payment I could make and actually checked on ME which is more than most of my family and friends. It wasn't great reason for having to meet but she genuinely helped me when I saw no way out and I will be forever grateful.

This was a frustrating issue for both of us. Bradford exchange was asking for money owed that wasn't owed and it took a long time to get a letter from them. Even though during hours of time spent on the phone with them stating I didn't owe the money. Very much appreciated the help I got in fixing this issue.

Representatives Kim and Carrie were amazing and very knowledgeable! They made the process stress-free for me and I am so thankful. Kim was very understanding and gave me some great advice in paying of my debt. Carrie was very quick and responsive with needed paperwork once I finished paying off my debt. Meagan Rahn was absolutely amazing!!!!! I explained my situation and the complete history of my debt situation, telling her that I had closed this account in question and provided the company with a canx letter explaining why I was discontinuing their services back in 2021 and 2 years later unexpectedly received a collections notice on the very same account. Now unfortunately I was not able to resolve thus with the company in question but Ms. Rahn went above and beyond to help me resolve this situation. I thank you very very much for assisting me and taking care of my account and getting it closed and purged from my credit report.

I’m the same Gabriel below, but I had an amazing experience with Nick as well helped me gain much more info on a collections account I had and gave me lots of info I needed! Appreciate all the help with getting this sorted out everyone! Nick was fantastic :)! Would even consider using this company as my own agency if needed to! As well just to add to this one! Patricia was amazing at getting the info! The creditor didn't like to answer either of us! But she got me the info i needed and we got it all sorted out correctly! Thank you again patricia.

The thing with this company is they act like they were the one making the payments or was there. I paid anytime fitness two years and wrote a letter like they told me since I was not able to go in to stop auto draft and to close the account. I refuse to pay another dime for money I do not owe. Yes I was frustrated, and very upset that people are getting ripped off I will never and I do mean never will let anything else come out automatically!

Company harassed me every single day with spam calls and voicemails. For almost a year I’ve been harassed by this joke of a company and I’d appreciate so much if they just leave me alone !!! They have no respect whatsoever and continue to harass me constantly. No reason to be calling me at all. Remove my number from your services and never contact me again.
