I'm actually laughing at all of these reviews about how the staff are horrible, poorly trained, orders never right, I really laughed at the comment about how a missed order was a disaster". If you all think that "never going back" is going to be words of concern or cause panic

This timmies is always slow, it doesn't matter how busy they are. Also, they are not very pleasant in the drive-thru. It's often difficult to tell if they got your order or not.

This glowing review is for the individual named Jaeden (I hope I spelled it right) who helped me out when I accidentally made a purchase through the mobile app at the wrong location. Jaeden went out of their way to help me… even though they really didn’t have to- it was definitely my mess up. Thank you again!!

Female staff at the window tonight rather unpleasant. Not a hi anything just threw my order at me. The mixed up orders I'm okay with when they are busy. This staff member, one of the rudest Tim Horton's team member all across the province. I have had the pleasure of throwing my food, basically, out the window at me. HAPPY FRIDAY

Not enough room to type how poor the service and food is. Service doesn't let you order your food all together after every item it's is that it?" And when you get to the window you need to correct the rider the tried to rush you through. After that you then need to make sure they give you all the food you ordered. Lastly this isn't a fast food establishment cause if it was the 10-15minutes it has taken regularly I'd absurd. Anyone that give this place 5 stars must work there or has relatives that do."

The girl working the drive through was extremely rude over the speaker and impatient. Then at the window she was visibly frustrated that I wanted to pay with cash, was given one thing of my order then told to wait. Got my food and pulled forward to realize she forgot my last drink and shouted back. Assuming they would bring it out since I had already pulled forward she yelled from the window for me to reverse. When the car behind had begun pulling up. Wad able to back up to like half the window bit she was very rude and frustrated. Tried to explain my frustration saying they could have ran it out at that point. She smirked and waved me off. To top it all off my food was burnt when I got home.
