My entire experience with Westfort Productions has been excellent. From the original creative session to the end product, they made it a very enjoyable, seamless, and collaborative journey. Both Bryan and Matt listened and learned so they could understand my brand and product offering. They were highly professional and quickly developed a strategy that best represents my business. I always felt that my input was welcomed and their flexibility allowed me to use the product on multiple marketing platforms. From the beginning of your project to the end, you're not going to find a better experience than you will with Bryan and Matt. I've worked with a few bigger shops over the years and our experience with Westfort Productions was head and shoulders above all of them.Being on the hook as the one in charge of producing your companies videos can be a hell of a deal. Whether it's your companies money or your own, you spend the whole time worried about the final product, how it's going to turn out and worst case, did you just waste all that money on something that doesn't make any sense or doesn't achieve what you needed?My experience with Westfort Productions was the complete opposite of that and then some. From the first phone call I could tell that they were really listening to what it is we wanted and were building on our ideas, not trying to change them. They flew to Ottawa, took a tour of our studio and Matt was off to the races filming. Watching them work and interact with our team, it's clear that their passion isn't just shooting videos, it's storytelling. Both Bryan and Matt performed dozens of interviews with our staff, all with different personalities and levels of camera fright, and managed to handle each one in the particular way needed to get the best of their subject.In the end, when the e-mail came in with the first rough cut of our videos, the experience I'd had during production made me confident enough to grab my bosses and hit play before I'd even watched it myself, without a concern of what I was about to show them. Everyone was blown away.It's one thing to wonder if the company you've hired is going to be able to pull off the vision you've had banging around in your head. It's something completely different when you can have the confidence they'll do a better job than you could have imagined. You get that with Westfort Productions. Bryan and Matt are the absolute dream team! Not only is the quality of their work incredible, but their personalities make working together fun and seamless.
