This is my second time I am using Inception Lifebank and can I say they have been very accommodating and helpful especially Nimrata Virk! She was exceptional with customer service and going above and beyond with answering all the questions I had. I would recommend this specific bank for storing your babies cord blood and cord tissue.

We had a lot of questions on cord blood banking and wanted customer service in Mandarin. The company referred us to Sarah, who was extremely professional and knowledgable. She was also very candid to tell us the limitation on cord blood banking. AMAZING service!! Hope to chat with you again soon!

Customer Service was very helpful and walked me through the entire registration process and pick up. I was concerned the pick up would be difficult during the Covid restrictions, but it was very easy and I was back caring for my wife and daughter in under 5 minutes. Very relieved that our Cord Blood and Cord Tissue is now in safe hands.

So far so good! Great customer service and thank you Connie. I had more than ten questions and they had response for all of them.If you want to see the clinic they have their own channel on youtube where you can see the tour and how their building looks like.Only clinic where you can see the acctual licence from Health Canada posted on their website.Also it is good to know the they have the power generator in the case of power outage.We will go with them as the time comes next month.

We have two cord bloods with them and the customer service after purchase is very poor every time i email or leave messages no one replies my credit card was charged 4 times and im not able to reach anyone to find out why
