First time going to this location and it will be my last. I was the only person in the place and was given the wrong order. The girl taking my order asked me three times if I wanted spicy or regular chicken and still got it wrong.I don't frequent this chain very often. But if I ever do again, it will not be this location

Worst customer service. I came at night and they had people waiting for more than 20min while the staff were only chatting within each other. They seemed to not have any organization. I order rice and beans and they gave old rice that probably was reheated all day and It was already dry and hard. I won't come back at this location anymore.

Very bad experience. Staff was extremely slow even though there was no rush at the moment. Other customers got their food before me when I ordered well in advanced. They told me to wait fifteen minutes and I ended up waiting 30+ minutes. They made Uber eats meals of 16 piece family meals before me even though I ordered earlier. Would not recommend this location.

This place is very good. They have decent food and it always comes hot. This food is filling and has flavor. The only thing I have to say is even when there is no line or wait they take longer than they should. I was waiting for maybe 10-12 minutes just for some fries.

This restaurant is the worst when it comes to “customer service”. I work for Door Dash, and have been racially profiled many times when picking up orders. Every time another delivery worker of their ethnicity comes in after me, they will speak their language & be served first. I’ve called them out on it before, and they continue to do it every time & laugh about it. This is the problem with most customer service based jobs, and the HR department of these workplaces, who only hire a “specific” group of people. Super unprofessional of this location.

They made a mistake with my order, they made it spicy and i clearly told the cashier mild and on top of that they are very rude and when they replaced my order they gave me a bunch of breaded bread instead of my stripes.

Great food but racist franchise. Applied here. Got one singular call from the store with a voice message saying “please call back at •phone number•”. Called 5 times no answer. Was thinking he was busy. Called again every hour with no reply. Finally got to someone after 100+ calls. Told me to come in at 4 the next day. Came in and had to wait 50 minutes because he was “busy”. I get there and he interviews me for 30 seconds at most. Could’ve been a phone call or even an email!! He said he will contact me in regards of the job. Never got a call back(I have lots of experience). Coincidently, my friend who his Hindi applied around the same time(with 0 experience), gets the job right on the interview. I think this company favours a race as I only see 1 person who isn’t Indian. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying I should get the job because I’m white. Just saying I don’t think it’s fair to favour races, especially a big franchise .

Just left the store right now, and it was disgustingly hot and humid. The AC is broken and the staff are suffering, there is no way that this condition is LEGAL for them to work in. Shame on the owner for not considering the health and safety of the workers. They should close the store for the day until the AC is back up...... I will personally look into reporting this issue so that it can be handled with legally.

Didn't receive food or refund.Very disappointed in the service we received from this location. I ordered a family meal to be delivered for our Fathers Day dinner and the order was first postponed and then cancelled altogether. The order was first placed around 4:30, and went through without issue. Originally the order was to be delivered at 5:18, however was postponed to 5:40 and then cancelled altogether. About an hour after we ordered, we were left without dinner on Father’s Day and had to leave to get something else to eat while everyone was waiting at the table. At the time of posting (3 days after ordering) our $79 refund has not been received nor is it processing Contacting support has offered no help, as the restaurant does not answer their phones, and the website takes 24-48hrs to respond to any messages
