Im sorry, who in their right mind shops by colour?!?!?! I have never been so annoyed by being in a store in my life. Look at my pictures and see for yourself. As an example, the 'black' shelf has a mailbox, hair straighteners, a hole punch, a radio, pots and pans etc. all in the same section. You would do a lot better if you organized them into houseware, electronics, office, health/beauty, kitchen... Its not that hard to figure out. I gave up after half a shelf scanning everything on the shelves. What a disaster, whoever green lit that mess of an idea should be fired. I left annoyed and im still annoyed after looking at my pictures. Next time I need something red ill know where to look. Kidding, nobody shops like that. Ill never come back.

New stock always getting put out. Friendly helpful staff. Prices are creeping up quickly. Sometimes buying new is your better option. I prefer to reuse, reduce, and recycle. I love to support SA don't over reach with those prices please!

If you aren't going to provide change rooms for people to try on clothes then you need to offer a full refund policy, not just exchange. Every time I've been into the new location there have been people trying clothes on in the aisles and I have done so myself. The one time I bought something without trying it on I was back the next day to exchange it, but it took over half an hour to find something of the same value to replace it when I didn't really want to shop. New store seems smaller and more crowded and disorganized, despite the better location.

Great staff and clean environment. Love supporting all Salvation Army locations when I can. Had to take one star off as the prices can be quite pricey for second hand items.

Pre covid I went here spring-summer-winter-fall to get clothing. It was my favorite thrift store. Then in covid they closed the fitting rooms. I was in a week ago and bought a bunch of clothing to try on at home, without doing my homework. So when I came back a few days later they said no returns, only 10 days exchange for other items. Since I didn't have time to look for more stuff, I simply walked out of there with my bag of clothing. They also told me that still, as restrictions ease, they are planning on getting rid of the fitting rooms altogether. So basically they are going be making all their money on stuff that people think they might be able to wear. Cashier told me that I could look at one mirror in a corner to help with fitting. I laughed and told them, the thing is I am wanting to try on pants"."

Nice new store - but there are NO CHANGEROOMS, combined with an exchange only" within 10 days policy - so I walked right out again. I wont be back for ANY purchases

Nice clean store, however no change rooms at all. And only exchange no refunds so I left all my clothing items I wanted. I prefer to know if something will fit before buying it

I was excited to learn that they moved to a better location. Went here for the first time and just hated the experience! Instead of being organized, it's one hot mess of colour coding. It's like they are idolizing the Goodwill stores of the US, which isn't the best setup to strive for.Go in there wanting to find a binder? Good luck! First choose your colour, then shuffle the mess on the shelves, hoping you don't break anything. Whatever happened to proper organization and sections. Kitchenware here, dishes there, stationary here. Yikes, who's brilliant idea was that? Isn't that just embarrassing to advertise your new store as a giant mess?Want a stuffed animal, be at least 6ft tall or you're out of luck. Again, who puts stuffed animals, you know, children's toys, so high up and out of reach?Want to find a non fiction book? HA! Their books are just as a hot mess as the rest of the place. There is absolutely no rhyme or reason to how they sort their books that it's just one massive headache. And let's not get into the collectible corner" because the Thriftstore is now an acting antique and art dealer too apparently. Who do you people think you are?I love collecting brooches
