Challenging rooms and lovely staff! I highly recommend Unlocked Ottawa if you're looking for some family fun or a night out with friends.

Fun and affordable. Smallish space, not the greatest location... But I will definitely be going again. Great place to take kids and practice problem solving. No time punishments for clues. Left with a smile on my face. Oh and the staff were fantastic! Friendly, helpful and clearly enjoy what they do.

Booked my daughter's 8 birthday party here. The party room is well stocked with all amenities like microwave, fridge, speaker and cutlery etc. The seating was comfortable too. Kids did the superhero escape room which i requested them to adjust for the age group at the time of the booking. Kids were able to solve the escape room and came out with a lot of smiles and excitement. The staff is very friendly and handled the kids well. They also kept on checking on us. This place lives up to its google reviews. Highly recommend

Great little escape room. Only thing is the one we did had some broken parts to the puzzle so they were left out. Would have been great to try them.

Completed the Twisted Tales Room, and our team name got on the brag board! Clean, friendly staff, accommodating and fair price. Plenty of parking - great office event of 18.

The staff are friendly and helpful and stayed in character. The room (Victorian Murder Mystery) was fun and challenging. I look forward to going back again!

I came to this location specifically with my boyfriend for the Reindeer Games room since I thought it would be a unique holiday outing. I’ll start off by saying that overall we had a decent time- staff were friendly and the room concept was fun and festive. However, we did have a few bumps along the way.The room is located just off the “party room” area where a party was indeed going on. The screaming kids made it very difficult to concentrate for the first 15 minutes which had us a tad frustrated and definitely wasted a lot of our time. I understand this is not the company’s fault but maybe booking times could be altered to avoid this issue for future guests.Once In the room the first thing we found on the desk was the “room reset” instructions for the staff to properly put everything back in place. This is just an answer key and if we did not pay attention and continued reading, then the whole experience would’ve been ruined. We just tucked it away so we wouldn’t be tempted to look at it and cheat. Then we noticed a lot of decor items with hot glue residue on the bottom as if they had been ripped off of places which had us a tad confused. We know this was probably done as a distraction but it did give the room quite a messy/unthoughtful look. We didn’t want to touch them much since they might’ve been a “permanent” item that people were too rough with.Finally we noticed part of a puzzle that wasn’t put back in the right reset place. (All the pieces of the puzzle were in a locked safe aside from this one just left right on the desk). Maybe this was intentional but I do believe the staff member just forgot to put it away.In the end we did escape with just two of us. The puzzles were unique and made us work has a team which I enjoyed. Overall we had a good time and appreciated the efforts of the game masters during our play.

Visited twice and will return. Went both visits with two adults and three kids. Attempted the Twisted Tales room and came up just short, a fun and solid challenge for a family. Then also did the Christmas Reindeer Games room and was successful with a couple clues. Definitely recommend this place.

We had an amazing experiencing here, for a team party for a girls hockey team! Despite the big group everything went great, and the staff was really great. They allowed us to rent the entire space for our party so we could have all 18 girls participate and there was room for the parents to wait and chat. The girls had a blast, we will definitely be back!

Staff was awesome and room we did was fun and very inclusive to all members of our family. Highly recommended for family's to attempt.
