Capilano Barbers

This is my favourite barber shop in town. I always admire how Martin works and it must be an exception for me to go to anybody else to get a haircut is an exception. Martin is kind, professional, and fair.

I've been going here my whole life, and I haven't been disappointed ever. The staff know many people on a personal level, and are practically friends with all those that come in regularly. Good for light conversation, and reliable cuts.

Best kids haircuts on the North Shore! Brenda is just the best with the kiddos!

Incredible people and talented barbers!I highly recommend stopping in. Because of COVID, we just took a number, waited outside and then my son Linden got his first haircut!Bring a mask :)Thank you Capilano Barbers! We will be back for many more haircuts!

EDITED** I was satisfied with the haircut. Best haircut in a long time. Good pricing. And would highly recommended this place for boys/men. 5 star haircut but 4 star experience. Lots of parking all over the place. Seems busy Saturday mornings. And all three employees do an excellent job. I always feel 10x better walking out after a fresh cut! I wish they would wash hair as sometimes coming home just to clean hair off is a bit of wasted time IMO. Otherwise great service friendly staff, as well as a good location. 5 stars ⭐️

Got my hair cut yesterday fromThe bald barber ( the other fella who runs the place knows what he’s doing and you’ll get a lovely hair cut ) asked for a medium fade 1.5 and light trim and I got a patchy uneven hi fade with lines and steps , I had to go get cash and had a another look and when I returned I showed him all the lines and steps all over my fade so he would of just let walk out with a terrible cut if I had cash on me , I showed With the mirror and he tried his best to sort it out but still left a patch on my left side and a uneven with a chunk out of it and the back , I said medium fade 1.5 and he immediately took a 1 and took it up high on my back side , this typically of barbers in Vancouver UPDATE: when back in and the owner kindly sorted it all out for me in about 5 minutes no problems free of charge , he’s an Excellant barber his chair is in the back corner

I’m going to this barber for 4years getting my hair cut with Martin (Bijan), it’s an old but very friendly and nice place to get a hair cut in Edgemont Village for a cheap price. Big like to Martin(Bijan) for his great work.
