Fredericton Nissan

I called the Finance Manager Steve Adams on December 2nd and left a message for him to call me. He said he was my contact for any questions with Coast to Coast Warranty. I called him again on December 7th and left another message. Still no call back. I called him again on December 9th and left another message. Very disappointed that I have not been called back in over a week. On a scale of 1-10, customer service is a 0.

Worst customer service ever, I booked an appointment to have a transmission flush done to my Nissan Sentra. An appointment was made around Jan 3,2023 for Jan 10,2023 at 10:30. This was my first visit to Fredericton Nissan. Upon arrival I parked the car outside, the counter clerk took the keys, and said they had allowed two hours for the transmission flush. We agreed we would wait for the call from the counter clerk to let us know the service was completed, so we could pick up the vehicle. By 1p.m. I still had not received a call, so I called, and spoke with the counter clerk, who said the job had not been started. I said we made an appointment for 10:30, and she said that they had walk ins and they would fit us in between those waiting. If this is the way they book appointments, then they need to advise the customer in advance, or ask the customer when they need the vehicle back. I will never be a customer.

They are excellent. I purchased a used car and the price was just right. The car drives nice and it is in great shape for a, 2017. With only 138,000 killometers. I would recommend Fredericton Nissan to all my family and friends.

Went in to have my vehicle appraised for a trade-in. Adam Macbeth was very fast, efficient and helpful! He kept us updated through the process of the credit application, trying his best to get us approved, whilst calling us in-between for approval. Will definitely be back in the future when feasible for my family, we loved the Nissan kicks! Thanks again.

Well I had to erase our old review to write a new one.My dear friends at Nissan, Ron, Ben and Steve, you are so very easy to deal with. Ron, you are honest and so very helpful. Ben you keep us covered. Steve you are so very helpful as well and make us laugh.Well not a thing wrong with our old car. But you know how it is when a crazy old lady gets something in her head, I think is starts our with let's go kicking tires. It ends with a new car in the driveway.We can't thank you all at Fredericton Nissan for you kindness and help. You will probably see us in a few more years.You all are Rock Stars.
