Top Hat Cleaners

I gave them a Woolen Coat for Dry-cleaning on Sept. 23rd, 2022. After 6 days, the coat was given to me in the EXACT SAME CONDITION as I gave it to them. No dry-cleaning was done on it, in fact, they did not even iron the coat - this is a cheat company, I will never ever go to any of their locations. Above all, when I complained to the store staff and their Head Office, no one was ready to accept any responsibility. They just take your money without providing the service requested. REAL CHEATS!!!

I’ve always enjoyed excellent customer service while dropping off my garments. They own a solid turnaround and consistent results pertaining to their dry cleaning. There are times when I’d wish to see my white dress shirts pop with a brightness around the collar and throughout.If anyone has a dry cleaners they can recommend I would consider making changes.This store is very convenient and has great hours.

Terrible ! Horrible ! Appalling !!That is the level of customer service they provide.I took a pair of jeans to them in the fall to replace/repair the tack button.I picked them up a few days later but did not have a chance or need to wear them until a couple of weeks ago. As soon as i put them on - the tack button that they placed came off.Today I decided to bring a couple of new jeans i had just bough for shortening along with the jeans and the broken tack button.I explained to the young lady at the counter what had happened and her first response is - You have to pay to get it fixed".When i explained to her AGAIN that even though it had been several months since they repaired it - this was the FIRST time i put them on.Her response was to tell me it would cost $ 10 to fix the button.$10 TO FIX SOMETHING THAT THEY REPAIRED IMPROPERLY BEFORE ?!?!When i told her that they should stand behind the quality of their work

do NOT go here!!! Very unprofessional I went here to get my pants shortened the lady that I spoke to told me it’d be ready on Wednesday! But when I came to pick up my pants( literally a week after I went ) they weren’t ready!!! on the day they said it would be! Then I came the next day STILL weren’t ready!!!!!!! I had to buy a new pair of scrubs!!! They didn’t even apologize! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

I was not impressed with the lack of customer service at Top Hat Cleaners. I brought in my wedding dress to get cleaned. I explicitly told the girl who works the desk (young, short dark hair) how my dress has to be hung by the straps that are inside women's clothing ( the annoying ones that are extra support on hangers) because my dress has mesh and if you hang it via the dress straps, the mesh will stretch. Sure enough, I pick up my dress and it's not hung properly. I try to politely explain to her that this is something that should be communicated to all staff there and at their cleaning depot because that one simple action can ruin a dress. It's something that could have also been easily done. I was pretty much dismissed by the employee.Second, my dress was suppose to be ready in two weeks time. I went to pick it up four full days after the day that was given to me and was told when I arrived that it wasnt in. I was not impressed as it's not easy to get into the plaza where they are located and it's just terrible customer service. I once again, explained how a simple phone call would've been nice. The same girl, just stood there with a blank stare, barely spoke. She has very poor customer service skills. Overall, my dress wasn't in need of a major cleaning and I don't think they did a good job.I give it two stars only because the price came out a little less than what I was quoted/ initially told. I will not be coming back to this location. I'd rather spend my money elsewhere then at this place that doesn't value customer feedback of customer service.

Pathetic service. They have no clue of dry cleaning , literally ruined 2 new business suits worth 350 plus dollars each. Suits not wearable anymore.Also, ruined 3 Ties.

Top Hat Cleaners bleached 2 of my dress shirts, I picked up my newly cleaned dress shirts and dress pants and returned home, when I went to put them away and noticed that 2 of the dress shirts were bleached, I then drove back to the store to complain. The clerk kept the 2 shirts at the store and said I would need to wait a month (until Feb 28th) before the manager would return to look at the damage shirts. I went in again 2 weeks later to drop off more of my dress cloths for cleaning and the clerk said she was still waiting for the manager to return. After 5 weeks and not hearing from them I went in to the store, clerk immediately started at me with a new story that the shirts had been damaged by another dry cleaner and it wasn’t them, so I reminded her that I’ve been coming to this store and dropping of my dress cloths every two weeks for several months and that Top Hat was the only dry cleaner I have used (she knew that because she’s the only person that works at that location). She then said she remembers me bringing in the shirts for cleaning and that the collars were already bleached, I reminder her she always inspects dress shirts for staining especially the collars area before accepting shirts and if she did see a problem, she would have rejected them when I originally dropped them off, these bleached areas can’t be missed. Top Hat’s website they say, “Satisfaction Guaranteed 100%”, this is not the case and just a lie. In the pictures below you will see the 2 bleached dress shirts, you will see my shirts still have the original dry-cleaning tags on them from Top Hat and you will see Top Hat’s yellow stickers that Top Hat stapled on my shirts, and they marked the shirts as “Collar bleach by plant”.Very dishonest company, they do not stand behind their service and they are also not in good standing with the Better Business Bureau.

Absolute disaster!I brought newly purchased dress pants for tapering. Asked to have them tapered by 3/4 of an inch from the knee down. Came back 3 days later to see my pants completely destroyed. The pants were tapered from the thighs down by 2 and 1/2 inch making them unusable and unrepeatable. No Customer Service at all - the poor lady at the desk was just looking at me with tears in her eyes saying that she can't do anything. Someone supposed to call me after weekend - nobody called. When I called the location some older guy picks up the phone and after asking him if this is Top Hats Cleaners - answers that this is my son's cell phone". Eventually he tells me that "they will fix that one".... and after I explained that there is no way that they can fix it he says that they are not in the business of buying new pants!!!!! I can't even describe it - just look at the pictures attached."

Paid for a 3 day service for an expensive gown . They charged triple the fee and I went to pick up and the dress wasn’t done properly . They told me come back next week after my event date. They refused a discount and I had already paid. The owner told me he wants to ruin my Friday and doesn’t care that my dress was not done and slightly damaged. Disgusting attitude for a business . Never again

Brought in a white skirt to get cleaned as there was 2 pinkish coloured stains on the front. Had the skirt returned to me with the stains removed, but with the added cost of several new brown coloured ones on the backside. I was told that since the skirt was white, they could get it out
