If you want to work with a realtor who is honest, no-nonsense, and attentive to your needs then look no further!! We embarked on our search for a duplex with Colin in February and by the end of March had secured our ideal property. Unlike other realtor experiences I had in the past, Colin was absolutely professional with zero attempts to try and interest us in a property that was not a perfect fit. As he explained it, his goal was for us to find a great place that would suit our needs and that is exactly what we did. All of the intricate details of purchasing a rental property and potential RTB implications were captured and addressed. Not to mention the fact that our offer was drafted while he was vacationing with his family! Even months after the deal finished he has continued to check in and make sure all is going smoothly with the house. We can't thank him enough!!
