Ive been to cmh many Times And every time i go i wait 5-7 hours before i even Get acknowledged

Went to the emergency department, the nurses were extremely helpful, the Dr, was very rude.

I hate rating healthcare facilities. I know that the doctors and nurses work very hard, and they are understaffed. However, my son was rushed to this particular hospital after collapsing from back and stomach pain. The ambulance rushed him to Campbellford memorial hospital and we still waited over 6 hours for him to be seeing by a doctor. He had blood work and an ultrasound done, they requested for is to go back the next morning for another ultrasound etc…I’m glad that it wasn’t critical or he wouldn’t of made it. But, this place definitely needs more staff and restoration.

A busy rural hospital, with high volumes and high acuity. However, I've always been impressed by the staff in the ER. They keep cool under the most stressful of circumstances. Kudos! I hope the public is patient when they come here knowing that they're dealing with very intense situation inside the ER which may contribute to longer wait times.

Hello to all at CMH. I'd like to start off by saying I grew up in Campbellford and in my earlier years never had as bad visit to CMH. I'd like to thank you all for taking the time to read this and I am also a donor to the CMH foundation but after what I witnessed I'm highly considering on donating to another hospital's foundation. My wife was admitted this evening at 10 pm through triage with a sore throat, which was swollen so badly she could not swallow, drinks, as well as any medicines. We watched as 5 people left before us, one young lady said good luck y'all I wasn't even seen. After 5 hours it is clear why we have so many dying in our once great country that had an exceptional ohip system. I'm sad to say this is no longer the case. Hospitals are under staffed and it seems urgency is a thing of the past. We sat there for over 5 hours with our even having an evaluation done by the nurse. No one even checked in. My wife passed out in the bathroom without any sign of help. She may not of had COVID but something was seriously wrong and no compassion was shown.

How is it that CMH can have a family member as a patient from Thursday to Saturday before even notifying next of kin. Especially since he was brought in by a Retirement Residence. Whats happening to our Healthcare system???No better than PRHC who transfers patients without letting Family know. Disgusting!

Been sitting here since 3 and hardly anyone has gone in to see a doctor as the wait room fills up with more patients and the triage is filling up as well

I have been to this hospital a few times in the last few months. I was hit by a truck in September, then I had a heart issue in October and then again in November. The last time I was in the hospital was in December for blood work. I will say that the last time everyone was professional and didn't have too many problems with getting blood drawn. I have a needle phobia and the young lady in the lab area did everything right to keep me calm.

I have had the opportunity to use this hospital for various tests and a couple emergency visits over the past couple years. An amazing staff of lovely health care workers is who has greeted me every time. Thank you. You are all awesome!

Came weekday around noon. Had triage and blood work with in 15 minutes or less of arriving. We were in the waiting room for less than 30 minutes before getting to see a nurse for more tests. Everyone was kind, polite and very approachable. Thank you to all the staff!!
