Absolutely fantastic destination brewery. Arrived here later in the day and was still able to get some fresh nectar straight from the source. If you're looking at this review.. you probably already know how wonderful this place is... if you're planning on going for the first time.. I hope you're already in your car on the way.. The owners, brewers, and workers are great to talk to. They've got a great knowledge of all the best beer and brewers in southern ontario!

Great friendly staff, going as fast as they can.(pun intended) I met a dog who held my hand in line. I picked up a bunch of beers, and drank as many. They had a pizza and fries food truck set up outside, and we waited almost an hour, but it was worth it. Delicious. Almost as good as the beers, they had stouts, ipas, pils and more. There were about 10 tap options and lots of collaborators. It's a bit of a drive, but maybe again for another event!

Our road trip back from Montreal was made 100 times better thanks to Google Maps and this hidden gem of a brewery.Not only was the location remote and picturesque, but the beer selection was out of this world.And let's talk about the special proposition we stumbled upon: the Half Baked Smoothie Fruited Berliner Weisse.This brew had it all: the perfect blend of pineapple, blood orange, mango, and even vanilla ice cream.It was the refreshment we never knew we needed to power through the rest of our journey.If you're anywhere near this brewery, do yourself a favor and stop in for a pint (or two) of this heavenly concoction.You won't regret it!

Opened on June 1 to the public and what a treat to be there opening day. Great atmosphere, bilingual staff and most important fantastic beer. Allowed to walk around and see the whole process, brewers on hand to talk beer and future projects. Worth the drive from Ottawa!!!

first time this weekend, was surprised on how good the half baked beer were (as someone who doesnt like beer) great spot to come hangout with friends and as a plus it is dog friendly. the pizzas were good too!

Great atmosphere. Plenty of outdoor seating with fire pits. Offering up about 8 beers on tap. NEIPA focused, but they did have a Berliner when we were there. Get there early if you are looking to get some takeaway cans.

The 8 beers we sampled (half pours) were from good to great. The owners (i assume) were very friendly, the place was very busy, yet the service was good and fast. The only downsides (not worth removing stars) are that they don't serve flights, they are not cheap, they are rarely open (I get it but still), and they are far from home. I definitely recommand and will go again.

First visit here, and the smiles, the service, the food and the beer will have me visiting again!The tap menu provides, in my humble opinion, a different beer enjoyment experience. I settled for a maple infused stout. It was enjoyable. I’d like to experience the Pastry Stout poured over a bowl of vanilla ice cream!The setting is serene - lots of space to simply sit back and enjoy good beer, good food and good conversations!Speaking of good, the on-site food truck (The Manger) offered up two very delicious smash burgers. The kind of burgers that you grab with both hands and enjoy!Well done! I look forward to the next visit!
