Roxanne is amazing. I don’t know any other travel agent who would answer their phone first thing Christmas Eve morning, as well as Christmas Day morning to help out with my delayed flights and to figure out what was going on/get me a refunded trip as well as set up and booked for another trip asap. She’s always right there when you need her with an extremely quick response time. And she does whatever she can for her clients! 10/10 would recommend as she goes above and beyond ☺️

Really impressed with Roxanne. Very responsive, and great customer service. She got up at 6am on the weekend to complete my booking. Talk about going above and beyond! Would definitely recommend to others.

Strongly urge nobody to deal through this agent. Spent three hours at the airport waiting for a name change, and was not able to board!! Had to be rebooked at my own cost! The airline charged me a $300 cancellation + $50 name change plus the airfare difference ($300), she refused to split or pay even tho it was her error! Once on the flight 3 days after my original departure date we notice that the return tickets had been changed without our knowledge or consent!! Would give 0 stars if possible!! Strongly urge not to deal with!
