The most professional U-Haul store, they know and understand the moving business and they are catering to it. Excellent and professional service yet very friendly. The location is perfect as I was able to park my car at the mall's parking lot facing the store and of course for free. This is your one stop shop for all your moving needs.

Had a great experience renting a cargo van and a dolly from this U-Haul location. I had trouble parking the van at the end and the owner was kind enough to tell me he will take care of it.Can recommend.

Do nit expect to walk into high end store like apple or staples. Expect a mama and papa shop. Free flowing shelf and products lined up next to each other. Nothing fancy. They sell shoes among other stuff like moving supplies.I found what I was looking for.Simple way to do business . I wi go back.

They canceled my uhaul while I was on the subway to pick it up. They called and never left a message they just canceled it. It's not even like I had to go into the store. It was a mobile pick up. If I have a truck reserved for the whole day it shouldn't matter if I pick it up at 10am or 1pm or 5pm.

Truck was the right size and available for me at the time when I booked it. The gentleman was friendly and checked in quickly. Truck had a quarter tank and I returned with quarter.
