Walked in to inquire about their j channel trim for siding repair that I wanted to do myself (harder to find deeper J channel for older siding). Front desk lady simply ignored me when I was waiting at the desk. I tried to get her attention but simply did not want to help. I saw her just yawning at the computer and not really doing anything. It was quiet and I was the only one in line at the desk. I guess they want to lose out on business.

I am a Designer/Interior Designer. I called them to order Long Board. Their customer service is very rude and seem to insult you. The person named Rafael first was not giving information about the product. Then he took my number and told me that his manager will call me who was very busy that moment. I didn't get a call from his manager till now. I think they have no self responsibility and don't give respect to customers.

He was able to help me juggle the cost and look I wanted; as such we came up with a beautiful Sagiwall product. Thank you Brent. Your involvement was instrumental in making my place feel like a home, not to mention your honesty and integrity, it made my exterior siding purchase so much less stressful dealing with someone I could trust who understood what I wanted.
