They do not even bother returning their calls

I have bought a new construction home and designed to have Dannick as my kitchen designer. She made everything very easy for us, we would give all the measurements of all the appliances and we had custom downdraft range fan to be added in the design. She made it all work with minimal gap showing. Even upon delivery of the house; Any damages, scratches or modifications that I have mentioned that needs to be replaced, she would have someone out to come and have it fixed right away. I am very happy as customer and will definitely give more business to this team in the future but please do not hesitate to reach out to them for your services. I seen reviews that she doesn’t reply, she definitely busy which means she’s doing something right if people are going to her. Personally, if I call and I am unable to reach them, I send an email and I hear a response back within 24h or callback next day. Support small businesses and very happy with my experience with this team. Thank you!
