It was done quickly and they did clean up really well. Communication could be better. Paid my deposit and didn't hear anything for a couple of weeks. I called and was told it was not scheduled yet and they would give me a couple of weeks notice . A few days later I was told they could come in an hour.The invoice gave me 7 days to get the funds together when I had planned to have a few weeks. Oh, well it was a quick job done well as far as I can see. I had to ask for a gaurantee & warranty documents. I received these documents blank. None of their information, none of mine. Who know what will happen if I have to try get repairs or replacements.I would use this company again.

Jason and his team were great. They were able to work on my roof fairly soon after giving me a quote. Jason kept me apprised of everything and they finished my roof within a few days. Jason was also quick to respond to me. Thanks for the great job!

We had our shingles replaced by JMK Roofing & Renos in 2021. I appreciated the time and effort Jason put into the quotation process so we could decide between different options. He patiently answered all our questions and we are satisfied with our choice!I was very impressed with the thoroughness of cleanup - finding all the nails in grass and dirt is difficult, but his workers combed over the area with the wheeled magnet several times and we did not find many over the following months!Also during this time we've had only one shingle blow off in a wind storm, which is saying a lot since our house is very exposed. Jason willingly came to personally replace it with no further charge.

JMK roofing did a great job installing our roof. We checked with several companies and They give the best price. Jason, the owner was very easy to deal with. And Mason on his team did a fantastic job installing our roof.

Jason was very thorough when he came to do an estimate on the roof he explained everything that would be done and indicated things that were OK as they were. He listened to my questions and answer them thoroughly. We chose this business due to the info we received and because the estimate provided to us was very reasonable when compared to others. The workers who did the work kept me informed of the status and the time frames of the job and did a very thorough cleanup which was impressive given how windy it was the day they reshingle the roof. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a roof replacement
