We took a Niagara Falls Walking Tour on 18 September 2022. Our Tour Guide Catherine was outstanding! She told us very interesting information about the history of Niagara Falls. The stories and facts were fascinating, and her narrations made the tour fun and exciting. We would have missed something if we didn't take this tour. Hired Redback to shuttle my team for the Ride to Conquer Cancer. The driver was exactly on time and personable. Angela was kind to work with and quick to respond to get us booked in. They took a lot of stress off my plate when I was concerned about getting transportation. I would definitely recommend Redback Tours.

Angela at Redback was amazing to work with! We had planned to use them for our wedding, however, due to the pandemic we were unable to have the guests required for a shuttle. Angela was extremely understanding as we went through multiple changes to our plans throughout the various lockdowns and rule changes. While we did not end up using their services, we will most definitely be booking our next event with them!Customer service is clearly a major priority of Redback Tours, and we would recommend them to anyone looking to book shuttle service of any size and for any event!

Angela did an amazing job putting together a tour to suit our group's needs. She was so accommodating and went out of her way to give us all the little things that made a surprise birthday adventure one to remember. Our driver, Jose Alberto kept us entertained, on track and on time - awesome. The venues were beautiful and welcoming, the food and drink incredible and the entire day was beyond our expectations. Thank you to all and would definitely do again with Redback!

We had a great experience with Redback Tours from the first inquiry with Angela to the drop off. Angela was great to work with - the process was so easy and stress free. Our driver Paul was equally great. We had a group of 9 and visited 3 wineries in the Niagara on the Lake region. Paul was very accommodating - even doing an impromptu stop for coffee along the way.Would highly recommend Redback Tours and plan to use them in the future.

My wife booked a Redback bus for a private outing we arranged ourselves for a group of 11 and two stops. The bus was fantastic and our driver/host Rogi was awesome. So fun and accommodating and knowledgeable about our two destinations. Excellent and reasonably priced service!

I booked a beer tour in Kitchener-Waterloo for my fiancé's bachelor party. Angela was so great to work with and the guys had a blast. They said the driver was very nice and made sure that each of the locations were ready for them. Angela even suggested planning in a time for lunch and that worked out so well. We used Redback Tours for a group trip to Buffalo for a Sabres game. They were quick to reply to our inquiries and easy to book with. Our driver Rogy was on time (early actually - which we appreciated), very friendly, patient and a great addition to our excursion.
