Excellent Follow-up with the recruiter I worked. Provides Quick responses and keeps the Candidate involved throughout the process. I was travelling during my recruitment, and having emails come in from the Recruiter served as a great reminder on to-do items. The recruiter was also very considerate/ compassionate of the process. I have worked on and off with Excel for almost 30 years. They have always been my preferred agency, and after a 6 year break in my career, I went back to see if they could help me once again. I have had overall an excellent experience through Altis-Excel. As for areas to improve on, I would point to Altis timesheet portal and job search site. Nothing major but can be better. Overall the dealing with staffing people and getting pay at the end of month was super smooth and easy. Thumbs up
