I hadn't used Atcom before and when I called I spoke to Brenda on the phone. She was very helpful and was able to get me booked in and addressed each of the issues I had. Bill was the technician that came out to my location and he was also helpful and had the problems fixed within the hour. I called back after the work had been done as I had some questions, and Bill was able to talk to me and explained the system limitations. They were very good and I will be using them again!

Just used their services again and it was great. Both Bill and Jeff are professional and easy to work with. Thank you, IanWe were having issues with our office phones and the people we purchased them from were being little to no help. I met Bill Atwood at an event and he told me they could help. I looked them up and saw some glowing reviews so I had them come in. Fantastic service and problems resolved in 1 visit.
